That was the Arizona Cardinals' last game at Sun Devil Stadium. Not a bad way to end a tenure at a stadium, with a win that is. When you're at 3-12, you've not much left but pride...and at 3-12 there isn't even much of that.

Having a possible winning season, 5 pro bowlers, and and MVP candidate with the unfortunate growing possibility of a first round playoff exit, I have to tweak that phrase a little: Same "new" Cards. It's hard to ignore the positive turnaround this year though with 2nd year Coach Whisenhunt at the helm. He deserves the praise for helping patch up the Cards history of ripping failure from the jaws of victory. Go Cardinals!!!

It was good, although I seem to remember the actual play being a leaping catch where he would have landed out of bounds had our guy not pushed him...thus the force out rule applied, td cards, second worst moment of my Vikings fan life only to '98 NFC championship.

Same thing every off-season. The Vikings are the best team in the division. But really, with Tarvaris behind center you really don't stand much chance against better teams. I think that right now the Vikes may seem a bit better than the Packers.

Jackson was 8-4 as a starter and only threw 12 ints all season. He didnt win us any games but he didnt really lose any either. With another year under his belt and a better receiving corp he'll be much improved. Hell, trading Williamson should be worth 2 more wins this season alone.
BTW Santana, you lost to the Bears.....twice. To put the Packers season in perspective, you won 1 more playoff game than us. Enjoy A-Rod, I doubt he makes it out of Monday night in one piece.

When you play on a defense that has absolutely no talent, especially on the D-line getting no pressure, the DB's are caught running around for 30 seconds, and its impossible to continuously cover a guy for so long. With Madieu being surrounded by talent, he will flourish. Much more then Nick Collins or Atari Bigby.
