What is the evidence that the USSR was about to attack into Europe?

A German soldier justifying the invasion of the Soviet Union... 30 million Soviet citizens and soldiers lost their life's due to the cruelty of the Germans, try justify that. The Soviets back then (when occupied Berlin) could of wiped out the entire Germanic race if they truly wanted revenge but they didnt. It clearly states almost all sides in world war two exaggerated numbers , Soveit union was not an exception. My dad fought in WW2 and my grandpa fought in France in WW1. As I was growing up I spoke with men who fought in both wars. One veteran of WW2 told me they would talk with German POWs that could speak English and those POW's stated Americans were making a big mistake by not invading Russia. It's a sad fact but true that history repeats itself. It takes a wise man to learn from other's mistakes. I hope people learned something. Those were hard lessons to learn.

They gunned down 60 italian civilians and german POWs in Italy. I also encourage you to do research on the Russian front in china (they drove the expanding Japanese out by themselves.) As for the British and French, they were the ones who started WWII to begin with seeing as they tried to leech Germany to death after WWI. The US was actually opposed to that treaty and proposed a separate idea, which was disregarded.

What I find the most sad is the German war crimes, though. Most Germans were not for Hitlers ideals and had nothing in common with his biases.
