Not necessarily. Only cless' and reids are one and the same. Lloyd's is a bit different. With cless/Reid, they throw a big energy wave at the enemy before leaping upward and slamming their sword. With lloyd, there's an upserge of energy then he leaps and slams his swords. But if you want look at it from another view, lloyd's attack is just a lazier version of cless/Reid's.

Dragon Demon Chaos can be activated when Omega Demon Chaos is used [(5-n)x 30 +10] times, where n is the number of basic/special skill chained together. To execute DDC, reinput the command for ODC as the 8th strike hits. The 8th strike must hit all remaining enemies, and the Player Target must have less than [2000+(ODC Usage count)] HP. (Minimum hp at max 9999 ODC Usage is 11999)

So based off of this formula, this mean DDC can become unuseable if you like useing OCD O___O, that kinda sucks.

No, it's actually the opposite. The higher amount of ODC usage you have, the MORE hp the enemy can have before DDC can be activated (easier criterion). The first formula is merely the minimum critierion of ODC usage before DDC can be used; the second formula is the minimum target hp before DDC can be used. So, you want to use ODC A LOT for it to activate easier.
