It really depends on what you want and the size of the army. For marine armies it is cheaper to buy bases. They are normally $1 each and you only need 35. But if you are hoard army player you can get a Smooth-on starter kit for $45 and do your own bases for about 10 cent each. Are they as detailed as the commercial ones but when you you have a 100+ orks to base it is worth the effort.
So where could I buy the liquid rubber mix?
