Bible, when he create us as wrote in Genesis, he call us men (And women for the female). You and I were lost men and God save us to now be Men of God. We still have the old man inside us (If you don't, then I supposed I am either writing a liar or a ghost). But He Helps us to fight against our sin like dttb said.

@josesongwriter we are human just not the same as lost humans. we have been changed by being saved. think about this if we are not human after we get saved, then what are we? angels? most certainly not. we still have human nature in us that tells us to sin, But God helps us make the right decision.
