to hell with "cars". an older vehicle isnt necessarily a "clunker". this was an enormously huge waste that has no benefit to people not interested in new cars. i personally drive older model cars in good condition because i can service it myself.
a true clunker is a car that no one has maintained and is full of rust. who wants a $300 monthly car payment anyways, NOT ME.
