  • Wow, this so needed to be said. Thank you.

  • The only problem is that everyvon is talking so much about just everything! if i for example want to start eating only food like vegtebals and so thats my choice and yours. We dont need to talking with everyone about it! it and feel good.

for example so have i never herd a person say to one that only eat proccesd foods and didnt care about there healt that the eating to wrong and so one.

remeber that its only when a person starts eating healthy in some way that everyone has an opinion

  • You know the irony here is that you have a beautiful Weston Price smile.

  • @TWCGroup What are you talking about Weston Price smile? I have not read any of their work, nor do I support them.

  • @RawVeronica Well I figured that much out what with the whole raw vegan thing. Weston Price smile- You have a broad dental arch with beautiful straight teeth. This is indicative of a healthy bone structure with proper density. I'm guessing you were either the first born child or your parents ate and fed you very well.

Anyways, Price wanted to find out why natives had beautiful straight teeth and people in western countries had crooked, crowded, and narrow teeth...(cont)

  • @RawVeronica He was looking for a society that subsisted off of 100% plants or plant foods. What he found was that every single group of primitive people he came across had beautiful perfect straight white teeth. And every single one of them ate a diet of animal and plant foods. Some mostly animal foods, some mostly plants. Some even stressed the importance of animal foods for people trying to conceive. The basic premise being that animal foods were required to build happy healthy children.

  • @TWCGroup Listen up, my diet has nothing to do with my teeth now. As a child I ate poorly, lots of candy and sugary things and junk and I developed super sensitive teeth. I had to have a lot of dental work done and get crowns to protect my teeth from being so sensitive, so current diet does not reflect in my teeth.

If you want to eat meat, eat meat. If you want to try vegan, try it. But eating meat never helped my health or teeth. Genetically I have the same smile and structure as my mom

  • @RawVeronica Of course that doesn't mean that you need animal foods to be healthy automatically. But it's obviously highly suggestive of it and it makes sense given our heritage. Personally I believe an optimal diet consists of fruits veggies nuts and meat. If you take any of those foods away, you're probably missing out on something important.

If you're interested google Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. Lots of pictures. Very interesting. The truth is in there for anyone to see.

  • No intention to argue, I just feel obligated to also put the voiceless side in this video.

The term "animal products" is so misleading.

When someone includes "animal products" in his diet, he generally includes exploitation+abuse+murder.

I disagree it is everybody's choice to do this to weaker and defenseless creatures.

It is not right. It is much more violent than bushing (and I personally against bushing and ridicule).

It can never be an objective debate when the victims' side in silenced.

  • @TheAnimalHolocaust I think you do just want to argue.

You cannot force the world to believe, and behave exactly like you do. All you can do is lead by example, educate and let people make their own decisions. I won't be a part of the people that try to shove veganism down everyone's throat and start making enemies with every single person who doesn't agree 100%. That's not the way to get a change in this world and it's just part of the bad rap vegans get.

  • @RawVeronica Look at comments section in the two main videos on my channel to see if I try to shove my ideology or not. My complaint is that you hide the ethical side in this story. Hiding the truth leads to bad results, all the peaceful doctrines acknowledge this. Have you learned Buddhism? It is not coincidence the two most peaceful and respectful leaders in the AR movement, James LaVeck and Will Tuttle, say the truth as is (not buying to humane myth and so on), without hiding behind it.

  • @TheAnimalHolocaust Oh please, so many people have gotten super sick from a vegan/fruitarian whatever diet.....many of us had been vegan for half our lives only to become really ill. Many of us have recovered and are recovering well from animal products. That's our right so leave us alone.

  • Good luck with this new channel.

Thank you for encouraging Fred to share his experiences.

His knowledge is incredible and very helpful.

  • Thank you for the well balanced, reasonable arguments that advocate a more inclusive, instead of exclusive view of how to approach people's education about diet and food.

  • Hi Veronica,

Thank you so much for all you have done helping with Fred's videos and encouraging Fred to bring this information to the world. Fred did a fantastic job on the great health debate!

I look forward to seeing more of your videos.

    :-) Kind regards, Stuart

  • About b12, try to test for it if you think you're deficient. It takes many many years to develop a deficiency, and it's usually a problem with people who have digestive issues and absorption problems. If this is you then you should look into fasting, chewing more slowly, probiotics, and supplementing. B12 is always a safe bet anyways, but it's good to know if you're deficient first and find out why.

Thanks for the support for the Great Health Debate. Fred is pleased with his info presented!

  • @SweetAfrica1998

We don't recommend tofu or wheat products. I guess some tofu in small quantities should not cause problems. It is higher in fat though and isolated soy protein is what most people have issues with. Wheat is very glutinous, and inflammatory. Even if you're not allergic it's possible it upsets digestion, causes itchy skin, causes asthma and breathing problems in a lot of people and children. So best to limit or omit it. rice, quinoa, root vegetables or fruit is better

  • Hi Veronica :-) I just wanted to say that I think what you and your husband are doing is great. Personally, I've tried to be 100% raw due to being told that eating cooked foods are dangerous and toxic. Well, it didn't last for me, so I started eating SAD again. I didn't feel as good so I decided to be vegan but high raw. So far so good. I am still new to this and still researching so to speak. I'm a little confused on Tofu & Wheat products. Are they safe to eat? Do you take vitamins for B12?

  • Very well said! There's some sites that I would love to post on because there's so many people there that eat similar to how I eat, but you run the risk of being belittled so I dont bother. It's sad really... but I'm glad I found your site :)

I cant wait to hear your husband on the Great Health Debate tonight!

  • I highly suggest to read the book "The World Peace Diet" which is my favorite book. I consider it as a master piece. Thank you for sharing that with us Veronica.

  • @RawHealingPatch

If I knew what you knew about the debate, I would mostly agree. I know Kevin personally and have talked to him about it. So that's why I wanted to share that Kevin told people not to plug their supplements, he is not anti-vegan himself, and he DID want it to be a debate format. Almost no one but Fred, Daniel Vitalis and David Wolfe wanted to do it live. Everyone else was iffy or refused. Kevin did what he could. And it had to evolve because of limitations, not deception

  • Agree with what you were saying at 4:00 +. I remember a while back, my mom was telling me how she met a woman in a health food store (I wasn't there with) who said she was a fruitarian for many years and now eats some goat's milk. When my mom told me about her, I immediately went of laughing and negatively judging this woman because of the goat milk (not enough fruit! this, that...all my arguments) & my mom got very upset..I mean, I hadn't even met her! It's so true. You are awesome, Veronica!

  • Hey veronica- great video :-) i will go approve it as a response to mine. i agree, we need to stay open. but we also need to be unafraid of speaking about what our intutiion tells us... sometimes that becomes passionate. to be hateful of people is not fair, but to tell your opinion is so needed in our society. for example, when you call something a "debate", let it flow in a debate format, or else change the title to reflect the truth of what you are doing....

  • @RawHealingPatch ...pt 2... if you say no one will talk about their supplements and preach them on the show, and then the entire speeches are about the philosophy of supplements, we need to look at the authenticity in that. just call it like it is, be completely transparent wtih people, and flow from that :-) so i agree, be appreciative and loving, but also dont fear speaking about your truth and perceptions.

  • @FitOnRaw

Thanks for checking it out Swayze I appreciate it. I think it's great people are so passionate, but then I think we can get too caught up in the gossip and fighting. There's a huge difference between those promoting dangerous advice and those promoting a clean vegan based diet right?

  • Excellent video, Veronica! You are so well spoken and I agree whole-heartedly with your words. What we eat is a very personal choice and if someone chooses to eat cooked potato or fermented cabbage, what's the big deal?

  • Great video Veronica! Thank you

  • @MusikLuvrToo We love eating LFRV most of the time, there are a few issues that make it difficult, like traveling to remote islands in the middle of nowhere and they don't have ripe fruit, or when people start playing the "who's been raw the longest or eats the least fat on 80/10/10" and I just think WHO CARES? I want to be healthy, you want to be healthy. Relax. Aren't we always complaining no one understands us in our family and friends? Check out my website rawvegantalk !

  • Thanks everyone! I appreciate you letting me know your thoughts. I didn't know if I wanted to get into video blogging, but I spend a lot of time talking back and forth about raw foods at my forum I thought I'd start doing some videos to connect more with you guys.

  • Thank you for your comprehensive perspective and compassionate heart.

  • Hi, Roni! Very well said, gf! That's the reason I quit going to 30BaD is because people were allowed to bash everyone who wasn't 100% 80-10-10. Even Christians were ripped to shreds and told what idiots they are because they believe. If raw vegans are supposed to be so well-balanced, well, it was just hard to see it a lot of times. You and Fred are kind and helpful without being insulting. I appreciate that so much! <3 <3 <3

  • @MusikLuvrToo That's a great point! If diet is supposed to balance a person, why are so many people so angry?

  • good to hear from you. very god video!!

  • probably the best video I've seen in a really long time :) your so honest and I really appreciate that. I totally pick up on your loving energy :) thanks for being you!

  • Veronica! I'm happy to finally see you on video! You write great articles and I always love to hear what you have to say! You should do more videos! :-)
