Does anyone know, are the hole spacings the same on a low whistle as they are on a keyless irish flute?

i love this song! the finger holes look very part apart i was thinking of playing the low whistle. but i've small hands... ;-(

My low whistle is one of the worst regarding to finger stretching and size of the holes. You could try a Tony Dixon or a Burke, I think that with "piper's grip" anyone is capable of playing a low whistle!
