I found that full purity, and full evil make your skin pretty pale, and it makes your eyes a bit darker and scarier. That might work for this.

Its in the full version. Murgo sells it. It looks just like Jokers face paint though I think the lips are more black then red but I can't remember its been a while. I've just recently downloaded the first game so have been playing that

You'll come across the Highwayman Coat eventually. It's in a chest somewhere. Westcliff, I think. Or maybe I bought it at the Crucible. One or the other.

The dyes are occasionally offered by the Clothing Traders in Fairfax.

the white skin comes from being completely evil but remaining completely pure. I found the easiest way to do this is being pure evil and changing the house rent to no income. course I had a lot of gold so I could afford everyone in Albion to live in my houses for free.

ok, do you know how to check your alignment? good/evil... pure/corrupt? It's somewhere on the bottom of the start menu options. Just look around down there. They are two different alignment bars. good/evil is based on actions. pure/corrupt is based more on whether or not you eat good food or force high rent on your houses.
