  • guys plz help me.... which game had this music played from 4:14-5:10

  • I don't know if it's a good place for that, but I'm looking for an old game, not sure if it is on DOS, but you were controlling an apple with eyes and mouth through levels with strange creatures and were collecting something (i don't remember what, but probably it was diamonds :o)... It was similiar to Digger, but levels were much bigger and there were many more opponents. If someone remembers this game, please reply.

  • @1:50 Krusty The Clown? O.o

  • OMG wtf is the game at 3:49, I remember playing that as a kid and almost shitting myself because it was so scary.

  • It's called "Another World", released for PC, Amiga, Super Nintendo and others...

  • Old games are better than new ones. But I thought Spore would break that rule, but thanks to EA DRM nope, still old games better than new ones. Otherwise Spore would have rocked.

  • Jazz Jackrabbit

  • old mem coming back... i remember that some dos games were realy unhackable :p xDD (or very hard to hack)

  • Omg, this brings back my old memories...

I remember that my fave game was Jazz Jackrabbit xD

  • Ahh, such memories. Favorites out of this collection have to be Monster Bash (although the game is hard and annoying at times.), Jazz, Hocus Pocus (Which I'm sure none of you have ever played, in which case you owe it to yourself to play it.), PoP2, and Tyrian. The latter of which can be played in Windows with a source port. Hooray! Go get it! (I think it's called OpenTyrian.)

  • Very nice compilation. Thanks.

  • Didn't see it in the credits until a second after I posted that.

  • What's the name of the second song you used?

  • Wait, what about One must fall? Doom? Heretic? Hexen? Raptor? Those were some of the best dos games ever! I like the fact that you got secret agent though.

  • I hope you have plans on making part 3, because I can't find the DOS game I have forgotten the name of in a long time, damn.

  • which dos game have you forgotten ? monster bash?

  • o lol never noticed that

  • whats the name of the game at 1:26??

  • That is one of the early 90 greatest feats! It's called Commander Keen. If you search for it you may be a ble to download it for free.

  • and it only took you 20 minutes of DOS directory hunting to play them!

  • i've played 18 of them... :S

  • oh, the wonderful memories. Times when video games still where fun and engaging. They all had enchanting dos magic.

  • i couldn't run half of these because i never figured out how to distribute conventional memory on my old rig. some of these required like 620k of con mem and I couldn't get higher than 590 cause of my sound blaster (or sound bastards as I called it).

they were fun indeed. Another World is my fav out of all

  • I still have some of these games on my Win98 cpu.

  • DOS games rox yeah! I've played most of those

  • commander keen 4/5/6 and tyrian rox

btw wuts the second's song name?

  • DOS games rock!! i miss duke nukem, monster bash, and jazz the jackrabbit.... boooeyy, the good ol' classic days..... though i was only 7 or 8 when i played my first 8-bit DOS game

  • YOU ARE A FREAKING LEGEND! Dos games are definitely where it was at =D TheCheezWizz is a toff ^_^

  • Karateka is an 8-bit Apple-II game, not a DOS game..

  • AGREE DOS GAMES RULZ!!!!!!!

  • Monster bash was the first game I ever bought, boxed and retail, with my own saved money. Ah memories.

  • Yaay! I've played 16 of those games, and they certainly bring back a lot of memories. :D

  • That was awesome! Yay for commander keen, mario, jazzjackrabbit, duke nukem. Those were the days. I miss them so much. I wish they still made games like these for people like me who love them.

  • Very nice! =^_^= I love many of these games. The video is a neat little collection of quite the bunch.

  • This video kinda sucks. You play like you're a drunk, or you don't know what the hell you're doing, or both. You could've actually managed to show at least ONE of these games in action but you didn't... You just kinda threw up random vomit of characters stumbling around generally getting nothing done.

  • Hooray you for summing up my childhood! ^_^

  • yeah i used to play monster bash

  • Ah, sweet nostalgia :)

    WarCraft 0wnes! I'm STILL playing it! :D

  • READ THIS,

There are several spammer like you on You Tube.

    Forget what they're all doing.

Put this on video comments, and now everyone hates you cause you're spamming You Tube anyways. Tough luck.

  • OMG,i remember playing Jazz Jack Rabbit,so fun!

  • How to run dos games im having a trouble running that super mario game? When i click on exe file it goes to fullscreen for a second and then closes automatically.

    what to do?

  • Let's not forget that most of these games originated on the Amiga.

Thanks for the Fire & Ice footage, though. I played it on the CD32, and I haven't been able to find any footage of it since then.

  • Thank you for that great moment of pleasure you gave me by posting that vid. And the music is good too :p

  • Awesome video, but I would have like to see Jill of the Jungle.

  • Which Mario was that??? I liked it!! *JM*

  • Wow...I just saw my childhood flash before my eyes...

  • Teenagent, Jazz Jackrabbit, Tyrian, and Worms Reinforcements are the games that i remember playing, And i still think that worms Reinforcements is the best worms game, and it has the best music ever in a video game

  • ughh... crappy Dos 2d scrollers are NOT good DOS games. Where are the classics, Ultima...Wing Commander, Tie fighter, the Sierra games, origin?

  • part 3 has to include Flashback, Sierra On-line, Lucas Arts adventure games.

  • Oh the nostalgia! Thanks for the post!

  • yeah no ones forgot about Fury of the Fu
