amazing good looking guitar! im seriously thinking on buying one like that. however i have some doubts: is epiphone good? does the guitar play/feel well? some say the guitar doesnt isnt the best to play sit and standed up, and it has neck dive is it true? with the emgs do you feel a big improvement? thanks!

@nunofrg I can't really tell you whether it's a good guitar or not. Myself I have a lot of fun playing it, I have to see that the Goth Explorer indeed has a neck dive. But after 2 weeks you grow a custom to that and it ain't much of a problem when playing! Guitars like these just need some time to get used too :P

@nunofrg Don't know, the strap i'm using is pretty large too. But just after 1 or 2 weeks you'll get used to working with the neck dive. I don't even notice it anymore :)

the answer to neck dive is duct tape and curtain weights on the back of the control cavity cover, they are made of lead and you just stick em on until the problem goes. the other thing is a heavy weight leather strap thats rough at the back

@nunofrg I have this guitar, and I sold the problem with neck dive. All you need to do is to remove strap screw and move it to place of neck screws, this guitar is set neck, you can do it by your self, I did it. After moving screw guitar does not have neck dive and it stays in position. I have this guitar about 3 years now, guitar is good. I put EMG 81 and 89. Guitar is good for any type of music, I played metal, rock, funky an even house music on these guitar. Sorry for bad English.

dude that looks a little like hetfield's "rusty" explorer. u play pretty low, i play way low like hetfield back in the 90's, nd like u play low and u didnt fuck up the solo. its harder ta do solos with ur guitar low. its very good. keep it up.

i got it from a second hand site. Just search on those sites for Goth Explorer and you'll probably find it. It costed me about 450 Dollars. Ofcourse the wooden part on the end was customed by the previous owner wich i think looks badass!!
