  • so are the diffrent types like hirigana, katakana, romanji, etc like how we have print and cursive?or is it diffrent

  • @MrEpicFlashes kinda but katakana is sound like how its saying in the song....hirigana is like a womans hand nice and flowy i guess like cursive and kanji is like chicken skratch

  • i dont get it but it sounds cool!!!!!!

  • @41Karisa its actually really easy iim a freshman and i take japanese i only been in school for about 3 weeks and i know all the katakanna its really easy you just have to remeber

  • is this like the a, i , u , e, o is a, b, c, d , e in the english alphabet, and it continues that way?

  • @cellypuz no its not a,i,e,o....ect sa shi su se so the rest of song it dont go a,b,c,d,e we americans have 26 letters but like e for us we have like 2 sounds to it like electric and elavator to different sound japanese katakanna only one sould a ,i,u,e,o and rest of song but katakanna is sound like speaking

  • Hiragana and Katakana are the same what's the point

  • @benitofinito They aren't the same, Katakana is harder to distinguish and is usually only used for emphasis, sounds, and foreign names or words, while Hiragana is usually used for words only native to japan, particles, suffixes, verb and adjective inflections and words with obscure or complicated kanji characters.

  • @benitofinito no its not hiragana is a womans hand like loops and flowly ness nad katakana is sound basicly not the same

  • @gothicdeil1030 They sound the same so knowing the Hiragana song kinda makes this pointless.

  • @benitofinito but katakana is sound hiragana is how you write it.

  • @gothicdeil1030 Katakana is for foreign words and onomatopoeia's. So Hiragana represents Japanese sounds.

  • @benitofinito whatever lol i guess i got ''taught'' wrong

  • In case you too are confused as I just was:

    The upper row is Hiragana

    The second row is Katakana

And the third id Romaji ofcourse
