  • So good...

    Fucking awesome.

  • the best!!!!!

  • Chills up my SPINE how many years later. I loved this song growing up. Talk Talk takes me right back there. I loved the 80's. They will live forever in my heart and my most cherished memories. I hope when I go to heaven it feels the way 80's music makes me feel.

  • TREMENDO ESSE SOLO DE PERCUSSA, INCRÍVEL VIBRAÇÃO!!!FICOU SHOW!

  • @Capecotton..John's hairstyle was popular when this video was made but I also was a big fan of his. I first noticed him when he joined Paul Young In 1985 on stage fir the Band Aid Benefit concert.. I had no clue who he was then but he caught my attention and then was taken aback when I seen he was a guest guitarist for many years with Talk Talk..I think all of the musical artist in these preformances of Talk Talk are just brilliant..Does anyone know the name of the keyboardist in this video, th

  • One person just had to be a dick ...i give them a royal thumbs down!!!

  • a truly criminally under rated act

  • Rock quality as few!!

    Thank you! God bless!

  • Para mi, un grupo mágico.

  • Pure class. Simple as that.

  • sounds of 80s ..it's my life..

  • Genius absolutly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • The acoustic guitarist from Talk Talk made an appearance in the Live Aid Concert in Philly 1985..just do not know his name..I think Mark Hollis is great. I like this version way better than Steffani's..great band, great song..was really under rated.

  • Great live performance!! Legendary rock/new age band still nowdays!

  • any one? Understand what he says?

  • I hope I'm not the only one who thinks music from 20 or more year ago is more honest...no fancy equipment, PR campaigns, auto-tune, getting famous in 15 days sort of mentality...there was some of those things but certainly not all of it like today in mainstream music..just real musicians doing their job!!

  • seeing and hearing this, you get an idea why mark hollis was exceptional. he won´t come back into any music (industry) world. family and royalties make an acceptable life, where fame and artistry is disposable.

  • huuuuu!!! Que solo de percussa!!!

  • vraiment trop bon !

  • Love..love..love..

  • gREAT sONG!!!

  • its a great live version

  • great song

  • 1 guy though dislike meant 'dis I like'

  • i have to agree with lavvvan. great sounds i am 50 dont fuckin feel it tho. i could run rings around most young kids today. anyway thatchers fuckin 80s there was no work and all she did was close plants but she had a plan knock them down so no one could reopen them

  • The simpliest way to leave the Earth gravity !

    FA-BU-LOUS !!!

  • timeless classic - music with brain.

  • mis mejores recuerdos de los 80...!!!

  • AHH yes I always crank this one up and sing along, his voice is very cool, his voice blends the lyrics to the music well.No doubts version is ok,but this is my favorite.

  • this song sounds like a death scene in a movie like where the man is holding the women but i like it.

  • Great Drummer

  • awesome,

  • Same age The Lawvan! I agree! Heavy tune!! Great band!

  • Very interesting and unusual band...they did their own, unique thing, and it's a shame the public wasn't receptive: this is better than the vast majority of 80's bands.

  • right on The Lawvan

  • Great Hollis!! and very handsome too!

  • What a cracker!!!

  • i never knew who sang this song or what he looked like and i've always loved it, i just found the video and was amazed to discover mark hollis in 2011

  • Mark, come back !!!!

  • 4,22 ACID

  • beautiful performance by Mark !

  • bongoe bong

  • The African bongos were a nice addition on this one...considering all those beautiful African animals on the video...Something about U Mark Hollis...

  • Very good!

  • Only 8,000 plays?!?!?!!? What's wrong with people?

  • @rikspanner I totally agree, I have owned this since 1984, and still love it as much as I did in high school Just not enough airplay

  • This is a great video. I am 61 years old, and I have loved this song from the very first time I heard it. Talk Talk is surely one of the best bands of the 80s and is sadly under-rated. Mark Hollis and the arrangement of this song are sensational. What a band.

  • @TheLawvan I agree ! 105 %

  • @hyperchipper It's easy to agree with me on music this good, but thanks. Good luck and keep listening.

  • Talk Talk is the best of the best. This band so obviously enjoyed playing this song and no doubt have respect for one another. Extremely talented, professionally performs with no cut corners. Very polished act. Great Great band.

  • Damn, that was a powerful version.

  • Deadmau5 seriously needs to see this session of this song ! synth pop at its finest at bongo drum part ! epic ! ITS MY LIFE !

  • Not too sure about the bongo's, but it's still great!

  • great tune. boy on the bass looks like the stereotypical 80s football casual lol

  • this is great

  • out long before i was born, but dammit this is so good!

  • This is a Band, no the fu*****g bands of our time... vocoder effect and 2 note of music.... LOVE TALK TALK

  • Fantastic!!!

  • Excellent video. Mark Hollis possesses one most achingly beautiful voices in all of modern music. His hairstyle in this performance ('86) proves just how ahead of the times he was.

  • @scootchefs You got the hairstyle comment right. He beat Jennifer Aniston to the "new Rachel" doo by about 10 years.

Anyways........I love this song and wish I had written that f'ing brilliant bass line

  • @scootchefs WTF ? This hair style was very commum at the 80's ...

  • @scootchefs ...and yet the man holding the acoustic guitar most certainly belonged in the 80s. He's probably still there...brb

  • @magickjac John Turnbull. An inspired choice for a Talk Talk guitarist. He's great. The mullet is a little antiquated, but his chops are timeless. He's one of the best parts of this band, I think.

  • One of my favorite band in the 80's. I hope they will reunite,so miss this band!

  • The acoustic guitar player is the most stereotypical 80s guy in the entire video

  • Awesome!!! Lest we all forget where modern hits come from...

  • One of the greatest bands ever! thx for uploading
