Yes it is from Bitch City. I asked at a concert a year ago about bitch city and if there were planning on doing anything with it and was told it's dead. They briefly had it for download on their old site, which I was lucky enough to snag because I love that disc.

Around mid to late 2004 was when this video was made. David was not in the band at that time. The bassist in the video is Josh Moreau, and he was with the band for a tour or two until leaving. No explanation for it that I know of, but he was replaced by David a little bit later.
