No, many vidders rip the dvds and make their own clips. Though borrowing general scenes from other videos is alright. But when an vidder puts effort into editing the actual video so that the scene is changed like what was done in this video, that is wonderful. Crediting that person in the description so people don't assume you did all of that hard work is the least the new vidder could do.
