I want Aerial played at my funeral, I'll be bried in a full blown catholic funeral. I'd like to see the priest explain why Jewish girls were wearing next to nothing and getting high ;)
Saw Dean a couple weeks ago at The Lot in Edinburgh. Loved all the old stuff he played going from guitar to piano. Only a small audience but that made it all the more special. Great venue. .
@queensofia123 He's one of those few artist who hits the spot with all people of all ages. He writes songs that all people can relate to i had forgotten how good and underaited he is.

@modas99 I was in high school when Dean's first album came out. Ariel was the only hit in the US, but this song hit the British charts.

I recall this one being released around early June 1978. It is excellent.
I don't think it reached the Top 40, but then again, I only remember the best tunes.
