  • Il be also in London , ChinaTown

i eat in a Chinese Restaurant

    Very good

    DELICIOUS!!

  • @Driftkingrik Thanks for commenting!

  • @Theshofumiah1 I'm not!

    I'm from Belgium ;-o

  • @Driftkingrik i cant trust chinese food and restaurnts, they have a hidden secret. they love eating cats and dogs, they would sell that in london, but they cant as its illegal

  • @Theshofumiah1 i walked in the same street that they Filmed :D

  • you are very stupid,is not everyone in china eat dogs or cats.like not everyone in uk eat rabbit.

  • Chineses are like pigs

  • @katrocentos PIGS are your moms. LOL

  • Chineses are PIGS

  • hahah They are illegal pigs !!!! I hate them!!!

  • buffet yuk! Golden Dragon and Crispy Duck are the two best restaurants in Chinatown, New World is by far best for Dim Sum!

  • @celticraider1 The buffet restaurant was poor so thanks for the tips!

  • @ajdpadbury No worries mate, I've been eating in Chinky Town for 25 years, you'll never go wrong with roast meat dishes, duck , pork, belly pork, suckling pig, I like hot pot dishes, seafood is good too my kids love 'crispy noodles with mixed seafood, and ALWAYS get a portion of traditional veg called choi sum, served with sesame oil and oyster sauce............oh and those yellow things in the window are cuttlefish, and the curly things often seen near them are pigs intestines...........

  • @celticraider1 I often wonder how long the ducks have been hanging in the windows, years I reckon!

  • @ajdpadbury hahaha they're cooked at around 5am in a huge round shaped oven made of stainless steal it looks very similar to a to a tandori oven, the suckling pig and crispy belly pork often sells out before 1pm, you're making me hungry, I feel a trip to New World is in order and soon!

  • @ajdpadbury looooooooool

  • @celticraider1 may flower, four session and chengs on shaftesbury ave(not the buffet one) is also really good.. C & R for malaysian :)

  • I thought Mr. Wu was a window cleaner now. haha

  • you should have dim sum, it is much nicer than the buffets

  • Chinatown = diahrrea

  • bobywins = diarrhea

  • i was there yesterday! tis an amazing place!

  • Thanks for commenting!:)

  • mr wu is nasty... i hate that place.. it doesn't even taste nice cause its cheap.

  • You are right, I won't be going there again!:)

  • i wouldnt eat in the chinese buffets if i was you. there are loads of shops were you can eat in chinatown for instance h.k dinner or h.k de cafe.

  • Thanks for your comment, I can agree with you, it was not the best meal!:)

  • The complete oppersite man, i went to Chinatown for the first time last week with my girlfriend, we tryied the Pork buns. I fell in love with them, they were soooooo nice i had three ( call me fat if you like but they were so yummy!) I understand that street venders can be unclean but i honestly think you just had really bad luck. ^^

  • I think that in London even the street vendors would be subject to stringent health checks! I may try a pork bun, they sound good!:)

  • I went to china town and purchased a steemed pork bun for a 1.20, I have eaten allover europe and US. 4 hours later I beacame violently ill,i vomited over 20 times in 8 hours slipping in and out of consciousness. It is 3 days later and I still feel dizzy. I know there are good restaurants, but I get sick just thinking of that god damn china town. Please be careful, when buying from street venders for you have no way of knowing food prep..it really angers me . anyone else experience this???

  • Thanks for your comment and what a terrible experience.

  • that can happen everywhere or your stomache is not strong enought , excuse my bad english im german :D

  • Cindy and i both love Chinese food, but we always disagree on which restaurant to go to :)

  • I love it but Dominika is not too sure, we have found a good buffet near us so she can choose what to have!:)

  • Wow Chinatown is very cool...I've been there but to short!

Want to go see it one day a little longer...

All the best you guys ;-)

    Love Mary

  • Thanks, Mary! I would like to have shown you more, if it wasn't for the rain!:)

  • Wow look at those ratings! *****Well deserved feature story! Sandy

  • Thanks, Sandy! I had hoped to get better footage of Chinatown but, well, you saw what the weather was like!:)

  • lmao the chips! when I was a little girl in England, my mother would take me out to a chinese restaraunt and I would always have egg and chips :)

  • Thanks, Deb! I have to admit, they were fine chips!:)

  • I like your videos for many reasons but the most important one is that you two are nice people. The intro is great too.

  • Thanks Ed! The credit for the intro must go to my good friend Zoltrix67, as for the rest of it we are just being ourselves and having fun, so we are really glad that you are enjoying watching our brand of lunacy!:)

  • No, chips, Dominika! Just love Chinese and those buffets are great for trying things you wouldn't normally order. Love the duck in pancakes with the plum sauce, now I'm drooling. Hope the wedding was great on Saturday. Cheers, Lesley

  • Thanks, Lesley! I will take her to one in our neck of the woods soon! Have a nice day, the sun is shining for a change!:)

  • and Nika did you try to eat with chopsticks that would have been funny to see!

great place to see this Chinatown.

  • Thanks for your comment, we had to use a fork, I cannot use them either!:)

  • yes i like chinese food, thank you anthony for sharing this vid. Cheers!!!

    lilly

  • Thanks, Lilly! I am waiting for the first person to say "I hate it LOL!" :))

  • Not to quibble, but that was Piccadilly Circus! other than Mcdonalds and restaurants, good old fashioned chips are increasingly difficult to come by in central London these days. Where have all the fish 'n' chip shops gone?

  • You are right, I have fired the script writer! I have a great chippy across the road from my home but I suppose it is cheaper for MCDs these days than battered cod and chips!:)

  • Loved those Chinese cakes - great to see you out and about in rainy London Town. If you see any sign of Summer let us know.

    All the best:)

  • Thanks ladies, apparently the sun may make an appearance on Saturday but I will believe it when I see it! Best to you both:)

  • Oooh, I did like the look of those yumyum cakes!

  • They were great, Dominika had her eye on one though!:)

  • When Dominika visit our house we will be cooking Chinese food for her:

Chinese chips, with Chinese mushy peas, Chinese Yorkshire Pudding and Chinese brown sauce.

as desert: Chinese bread and butter pudding.

only kidding Dominika you ROCK we all love you to bits

Carpe Diem Magazine (your global friends)

  • Good morning fellow editors! Sounds tasty to me!:)

  • Lol, you went a long way for chinese! You cant beat a bit of chicken chow mein from the local :)

  • We had to go to London to see family anyway so it seemed like a good opportunity, we didn't expect the heavy rain though!:)

  • You people always put up a video watching from beginning to end!! Loved it ! Many stars!

  • Thanks buddy, I appreciate that!:)

  • I love chinese food! Its sweet.I hope you guys taste more cuz they have zillions of diffrent food. Thanks for sending me the video.Nice little experience for Nika who's virgo just like me ! ;)

  • Thanks Bianca, a least that did not put her off!:)

  • Dominika...CHIPS! lol

  • Would you have believed it?!:)

Thank you my sweetie for such a lovely day:-)

    Love you xxx

  • I am glad you prefered our chips, what about a nice piece of battered cod?:)) xxxx

  • Oh yes this is always prefer by my belly:)

    and of course more healthy:)

Have a nice day my cutie:)

  • Nice shots of London Anthony. Thanks for that;)

    Chicken Balls in sauce. Ahhh....

Trafalgar Sq has changed a bit since I was there last...lol

  • LOL! Yes, I have fired the script writer! Chicken balls, yes!!! I used to go to a takeaway where they were as big as your fist!:)

  • i'm a bit of a fan of chinese food myself, lol. :)

  • Hi Stanton, I love it, I do not know anyone that doesn't!:)

  • the chips lol I love chinese food! :)

  • LOL! They were awesome chips, must have been the oil!:)

  • Never been there.. but I but noodles in a shope close to Sainsburys in town.. :) Does that count?? Nice to see your Chinese experience.. Noodles apart, I prefer Indian myself, but sadly it's too spicy right now.. :)

  • I prefer the indian restaurant sit down to the keep getting up chinese buffet idea, but most indian restaurants now seem to be ultra modern glass and crome joints, I much preferred the flock wall paper and hot towels!:)

  • My favourite Chinese food: Buddhist vegetarian tofu soury vegetables and rice!!!

  • I don't think I have tried that!:)

  • You are right Dominika!! Chinese chips are extremely tasty!!! lol. Anthony when Dominika said I love you in Polish to you in the Chinese restaurant did the waiter bring you chow mein?? So no Kung Po chicken for Dominika?? or sate?? prawn crackers are tasty!!

Love you my bro and Do!!!

    Natasha

    xxx

  • LOL! I see what you did there! Actually, although the food was good the choice was small, next time I will take her somewhere more upmarket!:)

  • Years ago we used to go to Mr Kai in Upper Norwood (South London) - really nice one and a good noodle bar is in Elephant and Castle (roundabout) but you have to sit on big tables with strangers lol! love 2u2

    Natasha

    xxxxx

  • Cool video. Your color is coming in exceptionally well. I am wondering how she would like Panda Express but you may not have in there in London. Chinese good stuff!

  • Thanks, Rex! I had to do something so I put the footage through this program I have with a cinematic setting as the rain spoiled both the audio and the footage was grey! I ate at the Panda Express near Harrahs and thought I had cut my tongue on some glass, turns out I bit in to a red chilli!:)

  • I bet I know which chilli did that to you. Beware! I am careful to avoid that one. Your camera has been good to you.

  • 5 stars from me Anthony!! I do like chinese food too and there seems to be an ample supply of restaurants here in phoenix. All very good. have you guys every tried sushi? You should, it's very tasty!!

  • Thanks, Brian! I do not think Dominika has tried sushi, there is only one restaurant in her town and it serves local polish food, sushi may not go down well with her, if you remember that cockle eating episode it my Portsmouth video recently!:)

  • LOL!! Yes, I remember that episode.

  • My favourite is crispy duck or chicken curry.

At least Nika liked the chips!

    Amy xx

  • At least, and those chips were good actually! Thanks, Amy!:)

  • Thanks Anthony for sending me this, I tried Chinese food, ok Chicken Maryland last Feb my one and only time at a Chinese Restaurant for Parents 40th anniversary, they have just returned from holiday in Portugal and have uploaded a video of the presents I got, I was on my own for the last 5 days.

    James

Say hi to Dominika for me my fav You tube couple, Our bank holiday is today in Ireland, must find out how to woo a polish lady we have several at our work at Hasbro Ireland factory.

    James

  • Thanks, James! I will look out for your video, I am at work here so I can get away with replying to comments but video watching has to wait til lunchbreak or tonight!:)

  • No worries I prefered the chips too and had a battered banana too. I had a nice dessert of Ice Cream and choclit, rest of family had chinese, its the smell that puts me off, I do like a bit of rice.

I still have to watch the Eurovision special, having 5 days/evenings of work means I have time to catch up. None of my vids are deleted so loads of time to watch, love the new banner too PARTNER, mine made by GAMS19.Oh you never thanked me in your intro for watching vid LOL (ref to intro on vids)

  • I will thank you now! Those Eurovision review vids got fun comments from people in the US who have never seen the show before, obviously I did not offer those up for revenue sharing!:)

  • Cheers mate I only put my talking vlogs up for revenue sharing and opening packages, anything without music. I put one of my singing vids up and got a nice email saying do you own copyright so withdrew it from revenue straight away. This years Eurovision was the worst, at least yee did not send a Turkey like us in Ireland.

  • When she eats Chinese again, she will really like it!

  • I hope so, it may be the only opportunity I get to have it again!:)

  • I LOVE Chinese food. Maybe Nika should try the

    spare ribs and an eggroll.

  • Thanks Carol, but it was all I could do to get her to try the chips, noodles and chicken in lemon! I will get a takeout next time and I will try her on a few different things!:)

  • love chinese food and chips are also the favorite part!!!. fabulous video. well done. thanks. 5 stars.

  • Thanks, I appreciate that guys! I have just seen your channel, looking great, any videos on the way?:)

  • we will try to finish things here as quickly as possible to start making them. love your videos Ant. great works

  • You are too kind! I will look out for yours:)

  • I prefer a beef curry with sweet and sour pork balls and some prawn crackers. As for the rest, yuck! lol Great video again you guys. Looking forward to cook a long with Anthony and Dominika.

  • Thanks, Phil! I knew you were partial to a phall but I wasn't sure where you stood on chinese food!:)

  • I really like Chinese/Thai food, definitely on my top 3.

I am a noddles kinda guy a lot more than duck.

  • I am with you on the noodles, I could live on them, I like the fat ones more than the thread noodles ... I need to discontinue this train of thought as it is still an hour before lunch and I only have fruit to feast on!:)
