that's correct.but not anything can be breakcore. it has particular bpm than others and particular samples! anyway it's the best musical style because it inglobates all other music genres.breakcore is the evolution of music!

I really find it hard to see the difference between IDM and breakcore. Not all breakcore has ragga-influences you know. Vnares never has a ragga voice in it. But it still is breakcore. When is a song IDM and when is it breakcore?

when you listen to breakcore you'll notice the amen break (you can find it with google). idm has more drum & bass oriented drum. and don't forget, Vsnares has also 2 IDM oriented albums. IDM has also very chill tracks (like boards of canada or F.S.O.L) I hope it helped!

Thanks mate. I found a song by boards of canada I have on my pc. I gave it a one star rating five years ago. But, hey, I was into metal then. I had never heard of IDM of breakcore. LOL. But now I really like both styles. Although breakcore is just a bit more aggresive, isn't it? Thanks for your help! And if you have some time could you check out my songs?
