Even im being straight i have to admit, Orlando Bloom have incredibly expressive eyes! And even if Aragorn and Legolas had a "Greek Friendship", which they don't, I wold respect that. To answer your question, That scene is from the Return of the King when Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimili are travelling the mountain leading to the Paths of the Dead. However, it did take me a while to recognize those exact shots, so I believe those are from the extended edition of the film... which I have only seen a couple of times.

Thats' Return of the King, when Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli have just escaped from the Paths of the Dead. The Dead have refused to help them and Aragorn has seen reinforcements from Mordor approaching. He falls to his knees in despair and Legolas tries to comfort him. :)
