google's best speaker is that indian guy at the IO conferences.. He doesn't stutter or anything.. and one of the google maps/wave guys was a good speaker too

its normal - average is few houndrets thousants cv per mo - try to reply on all.

btw - I sended out one cv to googlle and got reply after 6 weeks (read google - dedline of response is up to 9 weeks)
