i think chairman and nokoru is mother and son. nokoru is the youngest son of the imonoyama group founder. akira said in episodes 2 chairman is the founder of imonoyama group. especially she pays lots of attention to nokoru and sometimes call him for a tea, and nokoru seems know her well, that he can meet and contact her anytime. plus they have similarities of doing things just because they looks fun to do
