  • Using low fat cheese is not healthier, because the fat has just been replaced with sugar!

    I eat cheese every day and i am loosing weight!

  • The carb count is not low, but is lower than it might have been otherwise. Atkins, which I am on, is great, but is not the only valid authority or voice.

  • now that is what I call bullshiting people who want to make a change in their diet....go find some other reliable site for your recipes, a low carb meal sould have less then 4-5 g for the whole meal since at the end of the day you would have eaten ca. 15-20 carbs, aim for the lowest number possible.

  • 10g carbs for a piece! That is a lot! You can wrap your asparagus in bacon and bake! Delicious but way less carbs. Not even 1 carb per piece!
