Can we start yesterday? An element to consider is the revitalization of neighborhoods within a city. People in L.A. would start walking the last 10 minutes to work and they would become familiar with the local shops and community that they pass through. This encourages small businesses and individual creativity. Secondly rooftop enhancements (gardens, advert, etc.) add to the above ground view of the riders. This adds up to new revenue and jobs.
