I know. Even Acela runs on a local train tracks. The US train system is 30 years behind the Japanese. Japanese should have sold the retired 0 and 100 series Shinkansen to the US and it would be a blessing to all the train cummeters here in the US.
I do not know if they know that the song is Christmas. It tell you what ...if we had this rail system here in the United States..It would be like Christmas everytime I was a passenger.

懐かしい。
１００系はＸ、Ｇ、Ｖすべての編成に乗車したことがあります。Ｘ，Ｖ編成の２階建て食堂車は見晴らしが良く、この景色込みの価格だと納得した思い出があります。

群青色の100系は いつみてもカッコいいです。
初代0系の面影を残し、バージョンアップさせた流線型のラインは
痺れますね。
100系は僕の中では一番思い出に残っている新幹線の一つです。

@toycity Our tracks would never be able to properly support the Shinkansen trains,
it would only lead to operating problems and breakdowns
