Fantastic Maria, even though Ana was in a really good form, Maria on this fast surface is a very bad matchup for her, and demolished her accordinly. Wish she could somehow summon up this form again, but the smoothness of her game pre-injury seems gone.

i remember this match i thought ivanovic was gonna tear sharapova apart since 2007 was a lackluster season by maria for her standards and ivanovic was rly arriving to her peak but sharapova was in no mood to play around here and made ivanovic look like a club player lol
