  • Hi I am looking into buying a flintlock pistol and I need to know a couple of things how much do they cost? how much all the equipment cost ex. gun powder, flints and bullets? what kind of gun powder do you need? whare can I get the equipment? can you use the guns regularly like 5 shoots a day? do they blow up randomly or is it like if they work the 1st time are you set to go? sorry that it's so long:P plz message me back.

  • why would you even want to make a fake gun into a real one?

  • DUDE!!!! I have the same Seiko watch!!!

  • Is that a real flint or just plain steel thing or whatever.

  • can u use a percution cap on it just to make it smoke and bang?

  • @assasinbob1 no

  • @kennmar11 ok ty

  • It can be made to shoot, but the only useful parts are the trigger, butt-cap and stock. You need to route out the stock as it is blocked about halfway down the barrel. You need to machine a barrel, you need a "real" flintlock action. The wood is soft so it has to be impregnated with a strengthening agent and the calibre restricted. Mine is a 0.36. It's a bit off work. Shoots 55Gn RBs with 0.01" patch on 15Gns FFFg.

  • @Romansoldier31 This is made to be put on a wall or in a case, or for role-playing or acting.

  • what good is a cool looking flintlock if it can't shoot?

  • @Supertomiman Replica. What did you except? They are for visual.

  • Beautifull replica :).. I prefer British flintlocks myself tbh, but still thats a amazing looking gun.

  • Drill the barrell and drill the hole behind the hammer. DONE. Shoot

  • @Theguns491 wouldnt do that if i were you lol but plz tell me how...have you done it?

  • Barrel only comes halfway down the stock. It's not a full length barrel. Blocked about halfway down, then the wood comes up behind it. If you wanto to stick Black powder in a wooden barrel then be my guest...

  • if releplicas dont shoot, doesnt that make it considerd a prop?

  • would it be technically possible to make a replica fire like a real flintlock pistol? plz reply!

  • No it is not possible

  • okey, but just technically like if you increase the metal to make it stronger somehow? I mean just technically by using the mecanism??

  • Well technically you can just build a gun.

  • So ure telling me that its possible?

  • @offspring94swe he is lieing or just doesn't know, it is possible i have done it

  • A face on the butt? Im sorry but that sounds really funny.

  • NO, They are replicas

  • @kennmar11 maybe this firearm doesn't fire, but just because its a replica doesn't mean it isnt functional. Pedersoli makes functional replicas

  • Yes, this is made by Denix

  • Is it from the Denix collection?

  • Yes it does.

  • does the touchhole cap close?

  • i have the same rifle and i can't shot anything cuz it's not made for firing

  • why? cant u match a flint in t´he hammer?

  • i dont think the touchhole leads to the main barrel

  • No These cannot be made to fire.

  • will you (technically) be able to fira one of these guns?
