were do you get these? and do they work on rca cables?

We've been using these for the past few months, and are big fans. It's easy to adjust the length of the cable after the initial termination, unlike the compression- types. Since these types of connectors--not just Straight Wire's, all mini-coax ends--are a couple dollars each, making cables to the perfect length is much less expensive with these, which for us has resulted in better looking rack installs.
