  • i like this video.

  • @leyvatron Thanks man!

  • Great video Brandon. I enjoyed it. Thanks for mentioning me, as well.

  • @ChooseFitness Sure thing!

  • Hey buddy me again, Hopes your well? What do you think about 5 day weight training splits focusing on do a body part a day such as - Shoulders, arms, legs ,chest, back. Thanks again. :) Stay big!!!

  • @joshwakbak3 I'm not a huge fan of them to be honest. I prefer hitting everything twice a week as I feel it's more beneficial.

  • Where do you buy all your shirts?

  • @Amyc141414 This one was a practice jersey for a basketball team I used to play for. Any specific ones you're interested in?

  • is it bad to workout a muscle more than 4 diferent type or workout

  • @c305cuban I'm not really sure what you mean by that, could you try being more specific?

  • @CampbellFitness for example if i workout bysept more than 5 different workout is bad

  • @c305cuban I wouldn't suggest hitting any muscle more than 2 times per week.

  • I just wanted to let you know, I have been a long time subscriber and think of you as a great inspiration and role model.

How do you keep motivated, I get frustrated that my gains come slowly, I maybe need to increase my dedication and work harder. Your videos keep me going, thanks for very thing and please keep up the videos.

  • @TheAficionado07 Thanks man, really appreciate it. Motivation comes in all different forms for me. Most have to deal with personal goals I set for myself, but since getting into YouTube more, I feel responsible to keep up on everything I preach!

  • I'm like you bro I need the gym or my day doesn't feel complete....have u done a video on nutrition for rest days? Keep it up

  • @johncena04red I don't think I have, but def will put it on my to do list.

  • Is heavier weights with less reps better, or lighter weights faster, for creating power/speed in your muscles? what would be better for defintion, Im short(height 5 4") and don't want to bulk up to much

  • @trollosaurs you wont bulk up too mutch it takes years and years of training

  • @trollosaurs Bulking is more about diet than it is training. I find a good mix of moderate weights with good form to be best.

  • good video. However im not sure if youve noticed but your next video is going to be your 200th! Hope you have something special planned.

  • @ginosanchez7 I saw that, prob just going to keep it standard, who knows!

  • awesome video man ! goodtips, and information ! thanks!

  • @KHFCodyWhynot Glad you like, thanks!

  • does ur diet stay the same when de-loading?

  • @kevinmejia13 Yep! Diet should remain consistent with your goals (cut, maintain, bulk).

  • deload takes away all my aches and pains

  • @kevinmejia13 Nice! Doing it right then!

  • nice vid.

  • @HollanderT12345 Thanks, good to hear from you.

  • I usually just smoke a joint to make my joints feel better...

  • @adamgman37 Ha smoke'em if you got'em I guess!

  • Great Vid, everyones body will let them know when its time :), keep it up brotha

    your boy, Will

  • @wmontano8 Thanks Will!!

  • I find deload weeks a miracle when my shoulder joints start getting really bitchy during my chest, tris and shoulder workouts. Good vid brandon, keep it up

  • @fagaaaa Thanks! I find the same thing for my shoulder/knee

  • My de-load was two week off the last two week in Dec . I found by not doing anything has really helped with the little pains that never seemed to go away . As of right now all my joints have zero pain and discomfort in them . The problem doing it my way the 2 weeks off could turn into 2 months off ...... Very good video

  • @inspireself Yeah I know what you mean, sometimes people get caught up in the time off!

  • @BuiltFitness Hah thanks man!

  • Gonna deload for 2 weeks just to be sure that i'm well rested. :DDDDDDDDD

  • @WannaBeLoris Sounds pretty solid, you'll be itching to up the weights!

  • STAY BIG!

  • You da man! You always post quality VIDZ!

  • @StayFit4Life321 Thanks, really appreciate the feedback.

  • CHOOSE FITNESS (as u can see by my huge capital letters i freaking love that guy)

  • @jinunit Jack Nauss the Boss

  • Glad to hear the Regular "Campbell Fitness" Theme song

  • @DaniaBoyRecords Glad you like it!

  • My professional advice is: when you are feeling a Deload, double up on your pre workout and you will be fine. Jokes. Great video like always. I am going to start back with my videos soon.

  • @TheAverageguyfitness Ha good, you've been MIA too long.

  • I've tried to stick to deloading every 4th week or when I feel like I've begun to stall (like Squats). I don't lower volume or reps, but I drop weight 15-20% instead of normal 10%. I don't know, it seems to work for me because I had trouble squatting 225lb.x5 so I dropped to 180lb.x5 and the next week I got 225lb. like it was my job.

  • @Mikonotsu Awesome, congrats!

  • ♥ need I say more?

  • @iwant2cthatass Hah thanks boss.

  • hey brandon i have a question and really need your help. how do u deal with stretchmarks? I've been lifting for about a year now and i have crazy stretchmarks especially on my armpits and traps. It makes me not confident wearing tanks, please share some info man. thanks!

  • @cashmore30 Stretchmarks are going to happen if you're growing fast. They fade over time and vitamin E can help. Think of them not as an embarrassment, but a badge of honor!

  • Thank you for the video friend!!

  • @Lcnacosta Any time.

  • Great video. I'm on a deload right now... I try to do it about ever 6-8 weeks. My Central nervous system is shot right now lol. Ever time I come off the deload I hit new PR's. I think it's wonderful and one of the most useful things I've learned about weight lifting.

  • @Wuzdarap That's why I love em! Come back stronger.

  • its what I'm doing this week!

  • @flexforall2 Wendler's has it built in every few weeks right?

  • I love deload weeks even though many people dread it because after that break I can clearly see the increase on my lifts. I often just sit out for a week while doing a little cardio everyday.

  • @GeNeXiT Agreed.

  • I'd say a deload is recommended every 4-6 weeks. Just my two cents :)

  • @orochimaruisugly I've taken one in that time frame with really tough routines.

  • i just twisted my ankle 3 days ago,, and havent fully recovered. should i do deloading?

and what kind of workout that is safe for my ankle and still burn a lot calories?

    thx before..

  • @MrRCW231 If you're injured and it's hampering your ability to train then I'd suggest time off. You don't want to make it worse.

  • Thank you for the video!! What is your opinion on diet and supplementation during a deloading period? Do you think we cut down on the PWO and things like that as well?

  • @ybbolb Should remain the same depending on your goal (cut, maintain, bulk). Most deloads are only done for a week or two, while your diet should be in place for several weeks to be effective.

  • hey you can deload on or in me anytime! I would love to deload you every day atleast 3 times a day!

  • @wph1138 Ha you continue to outdo yourself.

  • @CampbellFitness you have no idea! I would out do myself with you all day long.

  • deloading never work for me. Maybe it's just me because when I go back to normal it's just not the same

  • @asianstrength What do you mean by that?

  • nice video bro. I'm taking my first week completely off right now much needed

  • @blazersfan7 Thanks Jordan! Interested to hear your thoughts on it after doing one.

  • Thx for the vid. Good knowledge.

  • @spockhammer Man why would you even comment with some negative garbage...get a life and job and wife my friend!! :)

  • @lambo5277 Hah Thanks!

  • Great info as always brother.

  • @BigJsExtremeFitness Thanks J! And thanks for the video response.

  • look like tony romo

  • @taquan12345678910 Ahhh I dislike that comment considering I'm a Redskins fan!

  • @spockhammer Ha it would have been funnier if you used unload. A+ for effort though!

  • @spockhammer WTF?? Only a phaggot like you would think to type a comment like that. You must be used to such things.....

  • @spockhammer Watch your MOUTH.......

  • weird question i have veins every where in my arms even my shoulders but they dont pop out because im 210 17-19 % bodyfat if i cut will they pop out or will i loose them

  • @MrNewyork1966 u gotta lose some BF the fat is just covering them

  • @bebIessed Exactly right

  • @MrNewyork1966 This was just answered, but I agree. as you begin to lower your bf% they should become more visible.

  • I have been punishing ma girls sugar walls. Should she deload?

  • @Mattycameron1 Only if her joints are stressed ;)

  • 6rd

  • thanks for doing this B

  • @knightgabe Sure thing, hope it helped.
