@Rosieandlydia go to a Chinese hair store they are called fishnets , these stores usually sell hair products they are usually cheaper here, a lot of dancers wear them like ballerinas, tap dancers i had them all growing up, and you can also buy them at your local dance wear store like shops that sell ballerina shoes etc. they will be a lot more expensive there but the Chinese store will have different colors they will have just black white and pink at the dance wear shop. I hope this helps :)

The dance is called Pantsula. It originated from South African townships and it was danced by what we call Mapantsula. Mapantsula were guys who hag swag in the townships wearing their expensive phly clothes hanging out with beautiful ladies, come to think of it they always sagged their pants.
