Only problem is that he needs to take a coaching class and communications/public speaking. I've heard football coaches who were more articulate. I'm all for pose, but this guy is a horrible teacher. I'd much rather watch Tom Tellez.
If you do a bit more research you'll find out that bmac is having awesome results with not only the athletes he trains but with loads of people on the cf-endurance programming.
