@thespia That instrument is called a nervoscope and it is used by Gonstead Chiropractic specialist. It measures skin temperature either side of the spine. Because the nerves control blood supply, when the nerves are irritated by a spinal misalignment the blood supply the skin changes and we see a reading on the scope. It helps to be more specific in finding the cause of the problem. Thanks, DR Ian
@RagnarPirate2 Thanks so much for your kind words. All the best to your and your practice. Keep up the hard work, we need some more honest and competent Chiro's out there! Feel free to shoot us any questions to help you along your way. Kind regards, Dr. Ian. :-)
Nice adjustment dr Ian. Is T3 the lowest segment you stabilise in this fashion with your forearm? The stabilisation looks great, neck is totally still.
@MartinHeinmets Hi Martin, the approach to stabilization depends entirely on the patient. The secret is to 'feel' what the patients body is doing in the set up. If the patient has a lot of flexibility in extention then stabilization is more neccessary. If this was a much taller person I may have asked my assistant to stabilize for me. You can however compensate for lack of stabilization by using speed but obviously you have to control the depth of the correction to maintain specificity. Cheers:)
myshoeslide Yes same lady, well spotted :) they all work so hard, the girls and their mom. They've had some bad luck lately but Emily, (in this vid), went on to gain second place in a state ballet comp two days later..good on her :) all the best and thanks for your interest, Dr Ian

Is Emily and Natalie, the ballet dancer, sisters? Mom looks to be the same woman. Great work as usual doc, your technique is extraordinary.
