@tpardo2 Hey, it is real time yeah, but if you can't hold poses for say, 5 breathes, start trying for 2-3! That's what I like to do anyway. :) Also, if I am having trouble with transitions one day, I will stay in a pose longer to contemplate how I might transition a little more gracefully. lol. Sadie's alignment cues are great that way.
Hi sadie, I have a question for you; my body is starting to show tone but my core is still a little belly, how often should I work my core and for how long should a sequence be?
