This was always a British show, for like 30 years or more, they may have taken the performances and brodcast it with German presenters but it was definitely a British show, I watched it religiously.

While there was both a German and English version of Top of the Pops, LP has NEVER played the German version. They played it twice, in 2001 and 2003, and both were recorded in England. This was recorded at BBC's studios in London on March 6th, 2003.
