Lead Guitar: Fine.

Rhythm Guitar: Fine, but you seem to have a habit of putting your hand down on the open-d chord (0-0-0-0-0-0), don't do that, and move around a little to seem you're with the song, and you're fine. Also, alt picking is great for this song.

Bass: Where the hell are you! Stand up! Unless you're playing jazz, bass isn't hard! Do what I told the rhythm guitar, and move!

Drums: At around 1:50 the tempo speeds up. Try practicing with a metronome. It works wonders!
