p.s. by saying dumping, I don't mean to insult Feng as rubbish. I repect his courage to fight for his rights and use his knowledge to help those Shanghai citizens in land dispute with govenment.

In fact he got 3 years in prison for the case of publishing a business directory because of minor mistake is unfair. He tried to challenge the court's ruling. It's his rights. Now where can he file a case for 8 times re-entry refusal?

CCP has no confidence and no international relationship tactics. They just dumps the problem to Japan. Remember China signed International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights but not ractify. How come a big country not keep his promise?

Shanghai authorities gave no reason to Feng except "Our leaders don't want you to return for the moment". That's poor image of a big city pushing their people to a foreign country.

He did not complain about China (the country) , he is complaining about CCP ( the oppressive regime ).

China is the Motherland of 1.5 billion people.

all these 1.5 billion people has the same rights to stay happily in China as CCP.

But the problem is Hu jintao thinks that China belongs to CCP only. that is wrong.
