The 90 degree measure is an international scoring but in secondary schools and college level wrestling its 45 degrees and for 45 degrees 2 seconds really wasnt seen so 3 wasnt even close. It was a very close call though

As a matter of fact Fl has the number the number 1 ranked 135lber and 140lb.

But it's not a "near fall." It's gotten so crazy that the bottom man can be in a full bridge while being tilted and it's still counted off.
It's a cheap, very cheap way of running up the score; it schmells.
