Nice car! Was it in a music video ever? There's a yellow 71-2 Lemans in i think a Justin timberlake video. I think it has an aftermarket chrome passenger mirror on it tho, but the color and tint is the same as yours! Despite my youtube handle i dont have my 72 lemans anymore. I sold it to fund my '06 GTO. Mine was a luxury lemans so i noticed your grill! I say go for the big wheels when you can do a rear disc swap at the same time. That was my plan that never happened.

@KenMacMillan yep why peple go big on rims on these old cars beats the fuck out of me i had a 81 z and kept the factory rims on it and got compliments on it everywhere just like it came from the day.nothing wrong with customizing but why own an old car if you are going to put big wheels on it ,why not just get a new gto well a holden

LOL WELL IT RUNS FINE NO TROUBLE WITH THE ROAD LOL I MIGHT GET SOME OTHER RIMS MAYBE SOME 17 OR 18 MAYBE BOTH FOR FRONT AND REAR TORQUE THRUST 2.1 THEY ARE NEW I LIKED THEM A LOT.

@southside770 i wouldnt put big wheels on the car keep it old school 15-16 inch at the most.all big wheels do is slow you down and cost alot of money cuz u got to buy bigger tires then. old school

Well the motor is a pontiac 400 from a 1967 GTO,Forged Pistons, iskenderian Cam 450 lift Int/Exht.

Thats a mean looking Pontiac,are those cragars ? I never really noticed the almost continuous lines on the sides from bumper to bumper, excellent color choice, really illuminates the Lemans styling that separates it from Chevelle's and Skylarks & the tints comes together nicely.When I walk the dog I pass by

the tree (with an enormous section of bark still missing) and( the replaced) lamp post that ended the life of my 72 Lemans in 84. Nice work bud !

I gave up my 72 Lemans in 1987 and I regret it each and every day. My IQ fell below 78 the day I gave her up, I envy you. Try not to ever sell it or you'll end up like me, just looking at other people's Youtube videos. HAHA!.
