They should make a few hacks of this game and make some new planets, seriously. There's a lot of potential in this game, and someone could easily make it into a challenging, but good game, especially if you alter all the physics variables and re-layout the maps, and mod a few of the items. Has anyone been working on such a project?
I used to think "Urownd" meant "Around", like, you know, using a shortcut to get to the final planet (going "around" to get it, or taking the scenic route or something).
Did you know on this planet, witch it is funny: if you look on the map, and watch closely, you will see many "walls" and "Objects" there that looks like some faces. Like the one on bottom-left. It looks like some sorta "chicken". Or the big one on bottom-right.
The warp zone is reached by flying up and to the right of the mothership on planet 8. Staying at the top of the screen, you'll eventually hit it as you near the edge of the stage.
Did you know you can use the all H password to start here with 3 lives and 333333 money? Or if you want this one finished, use all M's in the password and you'll start in the bonus round and be ready to blast off!
BTW, you'll have 5 lives and 555555 money! But completing planet 12 especially with the maze is a bitch. I play as the astronaut since I can control him better then go for the warp!
I'll take the word of the game's original programmer on what it means, over a bunch of meme parrots.
This series brought back some memories. On the cartridge, I got to the final side-scroller sequence, but never could get past the part where the blue rocks start coming at you from behind. =\
@Omegax9000, that would be 'you're owned'. Still and all, since most of the names of the planets were either just deliberate nonsense, or were the kind of things you would hear on a pub crawl (specifically in south Manchester, UK), occam's razor would imply that "your round" was more likely, n'est pas?
it Exist a 14th planet, but this level is the same than level 1. The only way I found to go on is to put this password : ZHHZQQQQNNNN

I still find amazement how this game predicted part of the future of netspeak with the name of this planet...
