But is this the actual original before editing or an edited version (from the episode) altered to sound as close to the original recording as possible? It's hard to explain exactly what I mean in a simple way.Just please know what I mean before commenting or ask for further clarification. I've had so many people post violent comments toward me because they didn't understand what I was saying. I'm tired of fighting on youtube!

@MelyssaAKASkittlez lol i understand. a lot of the kids voices in the show are sped up to sound more high-pitched. so slow it down the right percentage and you get how the voice sounded normally. i get what you are asking; is it the original recorded version before it was altered, or the final version but slowed down? i`d guess it`s a slowed down version of the final cut, judging by the quality and all. but should sound pretty much or exactly like the original voice.

@vincenzo0069 Its not slowed down or sped up. They change the pitch. By 4 semitones to be exact. For butters, Matt Stone records the lines, and then the audio guy digitally manipulates the voice and brings it up 4 semitones increasing the pitch, making it sound like a child. It has nothing to do with speeding up or down.

@DII117 "Real Voice" meaning the originally recorded voice (Trey's actual voice in this clip) before any digital alterations that result in the voice you hear in the finished product (Butter's character voice on the show). For all the Kid voices that Trey and Matt do, they do an original track where they alter their voice for each character to a certain extent, (with just their voice), but then the track is pitch shifted to achieve the higher pitched final result.
