@a916LEX It wasn't so much the ruler. Chucky just did that to finish the job it was mostly from him jamming an air pump into her abdomin and injecting a force of air into her. This must have cause air bubbles inside her body forming embolisms that went to her heart and her lungs so she would have died very soon anyways.
