Also, maybe you can help me. My espresso always ends up too weak, more like an Americano. I've tried adding less water to the tank, but it makes very little difference.. Might this be because I have an aluminium Moka pot instead of a stainless steel one? Either way, I'd like to make much stronger espresso shots. Any tips on how to achieve this?

a latte and cappuccino are totally different things! the latte has more milk therefore its more of a milky drink. While a cappucino is a foamy drink therefore u get a coffee-er taste ! and espresso is a brewing method. U cant get an espresso without getting a espresso making device manual or automatic.

instead of the espresso kettle thing i just add 1/4th a cup of coffee grinds to 1/2 cup of water in my coffee maker. for foam i shake the milk for 20 seconds and immediately heat it up in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. i find it is a lot faster than this lol but nice vid
