my dad is cuban and he used to train us like he did back when he was in havana very serious very intense but everything you do is like muslce memory

The coaches dont beat the fighters, the training is very serious but there is also alot of laughter and playing around going on

how did you get involved with their training. I can only seem to find training with a coach in private in some area of Habana but was hoping to do more of an inclusive training camp. Do you have any contacts?
