But to all the people who think the horse is getting scared by this, what do you do every time you get on a horse?

Thats right, you either get a leg up, mount from a block, or mount from the ground. This 'cop' getting a leg up is no different to you getting a leg up, except he falls of the other side, which im sure many people (including myself) have done when trying to vault bareback, or with a saddle.

if it was harming the horse in any way shape or form the aspca over there would have made a complaint and charged them, if there are animals being filmed there are supervisors that watch to see if they are doing something wrong.

And I'm not saying this is cruel to the horse, just a nuisance to it, horses don't generally enjoy having people thrown over them and over a bridge, and from the look on this horse's face, he's no exception to that.
