The only reason this was playback was because Garbage were only in the UK to do 2 days of promo for Cherry Lips before they started the Australian tour.
The UK promo in Sept had to be playback because 9/11 grounded their equipment in the US, the November UK promo wasnt affected. Shirleys throat problems didn't begin until the following May.
