  • @K3RS4L start by making a healthy meal plan, and limit your carbs, and get about 60 mins of light cardio a day. Once you plateau at a certain weight up the intensity of your cardio a bit. I was in the same position as you were, and I got back to ideal weight by doing just what I told you.
