  • This video is just another person who doesn't fully understand what being a witness is about. It does not, in no way shape of form mean u can't be around or have worldly friends. It is just saying be careful and choose your friends wisely. Preferably ppl like u cause u can build each other up spiritually and mentally. u r your brother's keeper. I'm not gonna get into a back and forth thing, cuz it is clear is isnt gonna do any good. Just educate yourself before u talk. I'm jusy sayin.

  • @JeremyTheGreat11 "Just educate yourself before u talk. I'm jusy [sic] sayin." Great advice. Follow it ;-)

  • Mother Creator

    Loves you!.

  • very good video. i don't believe i detected any bias whatsoever. i have seen an article dealing with the beard issue, and what it said was that a brother with a beard cannot have any privileges in the congregation, but is not a disfellowshiping offense.

  • Excepting jesus christ into your life is the only way to salvation. Unless you be born again, you will not see The kingdom of God John 3:3

  • Peace be with you guys.... I just noticed on this post that you(Mr. Apostate) claimed that these comments are from JW and they're responding on your allegations???? oh common Mr. Apostate,..they are your friends, your accomplices!!!! If they are really true JW"s they will respond against your post and at the same time THEY WILL ALSO DISLIKE YOUR POST....WHAT I SEE HERE IS JUST 3 PERSONS DISLIKE THE VIDEO....!!!!! HOW COME?????? THIS IS SO IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!! CSTheApostateANDtheACCOMPLICES!!! lolz

  • this girl in my hall use to wear bright colors and the sister told the elders the elders said that her clothes were to distracting and that she should tone it done so she can look bland like the rest of the strong witnesses

  • I think is idiotic that every "faithful and discreet slave"(wait doesn't that title ALONE belongs to Charles Taze Russel?") knowing that Jesus Christ HIMSELF sat down with sinners and self-righteous religious zealots.

He even was invited by a Pharisee to have dinner with Him and was in a wedding and had an interesting conversation with the Woman at the Well.

Everything that is written in WBTS publications is a complete JOKE.

  • Dude I THINK YOUR STUPID... AND IM NOT A WITNESS ... BAAAHAHAHA!!

  • Got to admit this guy is a good researcher.

  • If Hitler was still alive...he would have sorted these wierd cultists , a great man whose days were cut short by bible bashers !

  • @KarmaFlu like who will remain alive and who will perish? and slaves what do you mean by that

  • from one excult member to another, fuck yeah!

  • man u could have seen your mom and dad to bad ...THEY WILL BE RESURRECTED AND U WILL PERISH!

  • HAHHAHAHAH I love SCRUBS!!!!!!

  • Whoever created the JW religion was surely out to send people to hell subtly by making them think they are right when they're word is purposely altered. I know true Christianity and God can be a handful at times but obviously the JW religion is obviously Christianity twisted into this cult type thing.

  • I find it rather funny how you can tell a jw to look up cult traits and they. Wont.

  • @TruthSeekingOne. Wow ur rather angry and hateful 2 be no part of the world is not 2 sin That doesnt say stay away from non christians 2 have nothing 2 do with a non christian is a form of hate & discrimination & you r a name caller Being childish & calling someone an apostate is another form of discrimination U called me that due 2 my beliefs Also Jw dnt follow the bible they follow the watchtower Some of the fruits of the holy spirit r peace & love One of the fruits of satan r hate

  • Not many people escape the brainwashing of that cult. How did you become such a free thinker?

  • I find it strange, man was meant to grow a beard, Jesus had a beard, angels and prophets are pictured with beards, the Jews were Not to cut their beard! KING DAVID himself was pictured with a full red beard. are they conforming to the SOCIETY around them? one that doesnt like beards? and thinks the only men that should have them are homeless people?

What of Afghnistan? Iraq? Pakistan.. those are some BEARD LOVIN PEOPLE!

NA society frowns upon beards, Bring back the babylonian epic beards!

  • @realistromeo I suspect that the Governing Body of the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society are against JWs with beards in North America because they want the American JWs to look like IBM salesmen (that edict against colored shirts is straight out of the IBM sales manual - my mother used to work for them!!) But on the other hand, the Governing Body has no problem with beards on European brothers... Or maybe they just want all JWs to look like they're still living in the 1950's...

  • @mark84j trivial insults? If you find anything about that church insulting maybe u need to stand back and take a look at its teachings. Coz i speak from what i know and have learnt from the people of said church

  • @bevdogg88 You need to read the bible, Jesus taught to be no part of this world, do you thinking having friends who reject Jesus while trying to be a christian is a great idea? If you think that is fine, then you are lost as a christian.

The bible says Bad association SPOILS useful habits. How many texts do I have to quote before you understand that Jehovah's Witnesses are ONLY following the bible? They are no more a cult than any other christian faith.

    You are a brainwashed apostate.

  • Great vid. The more WTTS is exposed, the better. JW's are seriously bad people supporting human sacrifices to their imaginary sky daddy.

  • i think truthseekingone knows when they've been defeated, win for me

  • @bevdogg88 Trivial insults need not apply.

  • "extreme facial hair can easily lead one into trap of the devil." has anyone seen any pictures of C.T. Russell lately? admittedly, a JW can have a beard, but the downside is most everyone in the KH treats you like discarded shit towels because of the beard.

  • @TruthSeekingOne yeah well it came from a JW, that just goes to show that theres false doctrine in a church that claims to be the one and only true church, theres no so thing as the one and only true church, the bible teaches its by faith and having a relationship with Jesus that we are saved, not by works, read it properly then come back to me

  • Keep spreding the trurth! CSTheApostate.

  • so apparently i'm wordly even though i9 have a relationship with God, BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA thats complete bollocks, JW are seriously going to hell for spreading blasphemy and false doctrine, its not by works that we are saved, its having a relationship with Jesus and Hid Father Jehovah God to be saved, you JW are so far off wrong isnt ann appropriate word

  • @bevdogg88 None of what you stated is true, anyone with a simple understanding of the JW religion knows that:

    A) They teach ONLY from the bible, watchtower and awake are simply interpretations of the bible in an in-depth study, which target certain aspects of life in each issue.

    B) They NEVER say God wont know you're talking to Him unless you use his proper name, but yes they teach knowing his name is important for developing a relationship with him.

    C) They do not meet "cult" criteria at all.

  • @TruthSeekingOne you are blinded, heaps blinded, they teach from watchtower and awake all the time and just reference the bible, the only way to have a relationship with God is to read his word and invite him into your life, spending time with Him at least once a day so you dont fall away from God, start reading the Bible propperly away from the JW, its funny they say its cool to search but as soon as u search away from them you're in trouble

  • @TruthSeekingOne oh and FYI i have had it said to me that God wont hear u unless u use his name, i responded with yes he will cos he see's your heart

  • @bevdogg88 I am sorry someone said that to you, but it is not JW doctrine at all.

  • @bevdogg88 I could go on and on defending the JWs but for people like you who claim to have looked into them already and make bold faced lies like you are doing, there is really no point in me replying to you anymore because you will not be rational about things or realistic. Then we have GregKoziol who loves to type in CAPS like a child (Catholics fit the "Cult" description far better than JWs) so this is not productive at all.

  • @TruthSeekingOne read the bible better it states that its not by works we are saved, i wont bother arguing with you, you're like the rest of them programmed to think a spacific way, and i have looked into im just coming out of it, its very wrong, the word cult discribes a group or religion whose beliefs are considered bizzare or abnormal, also they love bomb, kick people out of the group for sinning and not repenting and twist scriptures, JW does all of the above, theres much more, google cults

  • @TruthSeekingOne its also funny how u say i lie all jehovahs witnesses say someone lies when someone finds something that doesnt add up, im a christian, have been for 8 years, i have a great relationship with Yahweh, Jehovah, God whatever you wanna call him (he knows you're speaking to him either way), and im not lying, im speaking from what i've seen in the JW church

  • I'M GONNA START MY OWN RELIGION WITH ITS OWN GOD CALLED GREGOVAH. AND NOT PAY OUR TAXES. AND TRESPASS ON PEOPLES PROPERTY. AND MAKE PEOPLE WHO DON'T FOLLOW OUR RELIGION FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. AND MAKE 200 BILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR EXTORTING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING AMERICANS.

  • Sick thing is people QUIT THEIR JOBS, CAN BARELY PAY RENT OR MORTGAGE AND ARE MANIPULATED INTO DONATE HALF THEIR CHECK OR ELSE THEY WON'T MAKE IT TO JEHOVAH'S KINGDOM. All I gotta say is all you sick asses, one day the real God - Jesus Christ - will come down from the heavens to punish all the vermin and scum of the earth like you. And your high price lawyers won't save you then.

  • What you are saying at 3:20 is pretty inaccurate for this reason: Ofcourse JWs would teach that it is "WISE" to have friends within their own religion, this is called having friends that are like-minded and that will build each other up spiritually as opposed to having a friend that might talk trash about your beliefs. You and others make it out that JWs are not "allowed" to have friends outside of the JW religion though and that is incorrect. No wonder people incorrectly label JWs as a "cult".

  • @TruthSeekingOne Are you smoking crack? I clearly showed, with your own literature, that your group teaches it is unwholesome and even dangerous to have friends outside of "the organization." You are correctly labeled a cult because your organization fits squarely under the B.I.T.E. model.

  • @CSTheApostate What religion DOESN'T teach that it is unwholesome to have friends outside of their religion? The bible clearly teaches this concept. Now there is a big difference from saying a thing is unwholesome and not allowing followers of the religion to do as they please so long as it is not a direct sin. JWs never say that having "worldly" friends would be a sin. Obviously you cannot define a cult if you think JWs are a cult.

  • @TruthSeekingOne Obviously you are not in touch with reality.

  • @CSTheApostate I am in touch with reality, you are the one not in touch with the bible and its teachings, are you telling me all those scriptures such as James 4:4 which says "..friendship with the world is enmity with God.." and 1 John 2:15 which says "Do not be loving the world...if anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him." or many others are there for no reason?

So if you are an atheist why make videos on JWs since they are only one denomination of many which follow bible

  • @TruthSeekingOne u took james 4:4 and 1 john 2:15 out of context, thats talking abour sin, not people

  • @CSTheApostate ...principles. By the way the following verse there in 1 John 2 describes what people of the world are like even, "..the desire of the flesh and the desire of the eyes and the showy display of one’s means of life—does not originate with the Father, but originates with the world." There are other scriptures obviously that go further into detail about what worldly attributes are, so we can establish that once you believe in the bible you aren't "cult" to follow this direction.

  • @TruthSeekingOne @CSTheApostate What religion DOESN'T teach that it is unwholesome to have friends outside of their religion? The bible clearly teaches this concept. Now there is a big difference from saying a thing is unwholesome and not allowing followers of the religion to do as they please so long as it is not a direct sin. JWs never say that having "worldly" friends would be a sin. Obviously you cannot define a cult if you think JWs are a cult.

JW and mormons teach that, only them 2

  • @TruthSeekingOne Yes, most exclusionary mono-theist religions (fundamentalist Jews, Christians, & Muslims) do teach that "it is unwholesome to have friends outside of their religion". However, most of these fundamentalist religions don't require that their members abandon ALL 'outside' friends in order to remain a member in good standing, as do the Jehovah's Witnesses. Also, CS is NOT "defining" a cult; he is using a well-known list of cult indicators published by cult researchers.

  • @WWZenaDo It is a false statement to say ANY Jehovah Witness teaching states you must abandon any of your 'outside' friends in order to remain a member in good standing.

It is simply a wise thing to do, the bible cautions as I already mentioned that Bad Association Spoils Useful Habits.

For example do your friends ask you to hang out and get wasted on the weekends or do they ask you to preach the Gospel or have wholesome entertainment? Don't be stupid this is basic biblical principle!

  • @TruthSeekingOne My Dad who is an elder in this crap has told me numerous times when i was younger to stay distant from kids at school, and "worldly" people. Thank god I lived 2 states away with my mom who actually has a brain, and sees thru this B.S. A guy My Dad grew up with, and who was his best friend, he barley talks to. Maybe 1ce a year now they talk or hang out. And he always told me that if my mom wasn't in the religion she'd be killed at Armageddon. Who the hell tells their child that?

  • @GTAMoviesAndFlix Heh, you people really don't understand what a Jehovah's Witness is about do you? Just because your dad is an elder and makes assumptions such as your mother not making it through Armageddon doesn't make the religion itself bad, it means your dad is doing something Jehovah's Witnesses do not teach - he is casting judgement. No one knows the heart condition of a person and only Jehovah decides who lives or not, that is the way Jehovah's Witnesses teach, sorry about your dad.

  • @TruthSeekingOne I kno what they teach dog. I was around it for 16 years. They teach if you are a witness or are trying to be one you'll be saved or resurrected. And people who didn't get a chance to learn will be too. But anyone with knowledge who rejected it won't. I kno all the crooked shit that goes on, Elders playing favorites, shunning your family and if you don't you get dis fellowship. This is just another way for ppl to control others. Just like the witch trials. it's all B.S.

  • @TruthSeekingOne I grew up as a JW & that was a common comment that I heard often as a child (my mom died from cancer when I was nine years old)... "if you stray from the 'faith', your mother will be resurrected, but you will NEVER be able to see her again." Many devout JW's told me this while I was growing up (elders, ministerial servants & pioneers)... & I wasn't even a bad kid... they were all just ignorant, non-compassionate JW jerks!

  • @pandoraishere333 My father died when I was 17. I was told the same way. It highly motivated me to try and live a life I did not want to live. It is a sick way to manipulate people. I'm glad you found your way out pandora.

  • @TruthSeekingOne The pertinent points whizzed right over your head. If you are currently a JW in good standing, try this experiment. Walk into the Kingdom Hall which you attend regularly, and announce that you are friends with a Catholic priest, a devout Muslim, and a Mormon elder; and that the four of you get together every weekend - Saturday night - and have intense discussions about religion. Note that you are NOT holding a "bible study" with these people. How will you be treated by JWs?

  • @CSTheApostate exactly, im studying them myself, they contradict themselves all the time, they also teach God wont know you're talking to Him unless you use His Nam Jehovah, that is complete blaspheme, it says nowhere in the bible that that is the case, God see's your heart wheather or not you use His name or not

  • @TruthSeekingOne You dirtbags don't even salute the flag and barely pay any taxes but without America your cult wouldn't even exist. This country allows you to extort 200 billion dollars from poor lonely people who really think they are serving the only true God and can barely pay their own bills yet you force them to quit their jobs, leave their families, and donate money.

  • @TruthSeekingOne . I live near one of your compounds in Patterson NY, its about 4 miles from my house and I see your drones out there every weekend harassing families at parks on weekend. Only a matter of time before your cult fades into nothing.

  • @GregKoziol It is not a compound, you just said yourself they go outside.

All donations are VOLUNTARY unlike other churches.

We do not give praise or "allegiance" to an idol such as a flag.

I have never heard of anyone donating "half their check" you are insane and just trying to make JWs look bad.

Last thing I have to say is ...

John 20:17 - Jesus calls the Father HIS GOD. How can Jesus have a God if he is God?

  • @TruthSeekingOne IF ITS NOT A COMPOUND WHY DO YOU HAVE SECURITY AND FENCES?!?!?!? I KNOW ITS FOR THE CATTLE BUT DAMN THATS EXCESSIVE. WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO TRESPASS ON MY PROPERTY ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND HAND OUT FLIERS, BUT IF I DID THE SAME THING ON YOUR COMPOUND YOU WOULD CALL THE COPS?!?!??!

  • @GregKoziol I can read just fine without the CAPS LOCK on you angry little man.

If your friend values his spirituality over money from this world, I don't say that is a bad thing if he quit half of his hours at work, you could learn something from this friend instead of talking badly of him behind his back. Do you actually have a problem with any JW doctrine or are you just here because you are mad about their fence and fliers? Get a life man.

  • @TruthSeekingOne I'M CATHOLIC AND I'VE BEEN BAPTISED AND CONFIRMED. I RECIEVE THE EUCHARIST EVERY SUNDAY WHICH IS THE BODY AND BLOOD OF THE ONLY TRUE GOD... JESUS CHRIST. ATLEAST I KNOW MY RELIGION IS OVER 2000 YEARS OLD AND HAS SOME EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT ITS TRUTH. WHERE AS YOUR RELIGION IS JUST A FRAUD AND A HOAX MADE UP IN SOME GUYS GARAGE AS A MONEY MAKING SCHEME TO TRAP PEOPLE. ITS A PONZI SCHEME THATS ALL YOUR CULT IS. I CAN DO THAT TOO.

  • @TruthSeekingOne THE POINT IS THAT YOUR CULT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THE RESPECT AND DECENCY TO SALUTE AND EVEN RESPECT THE FLAG OF THIS COUNTRY, WHICH IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE THAT IF AMERICA DIDN'T EXIST YOUR CULT WOULDN'T EXIST EITHER. LETS FACE IT, AMERICA MADE YOUR CULT RICH, FILTY RICH.. 200 BILLION DOLLAR PER YEAR INCOME. TAX FREE IN MOST CASES.

  • @TruthSeekingOne HOW ABOUT THE JEHOVAH WITNESS POLICY OF NOT HELPING POOR PEOPLE?? INSTEAD THEY BELIEVE THAT POOR PEOPLE SHOULD BE RECRUITED TO THE CULT AND INDOCTRINATED AT ONE OF YOUR COMPOUNDS??!?!? AND THAT THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF BEING HELPED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PART OF YOUR CULT?!?!?

  • @TruthSeekingOne JEHOVAH'S WITNESS RANK NUMBER 2N IN TERMS OF ZEOLATRY BEHIND MUSLIMS. tHE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS JEHOVAH'S ARENT KILLING PEOPLE.....YET. WELL THEY ARE, THEY ARE SLOWLY KILLING PEOPLE. THE WATCHTOWER ORGANIZATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RAPE, SUICIDES, MURDERS, AND ABUSE OF WHO KNOWS HOW MANY WOMEN, CHILDREN AND EVEN MEN. I'M CATHOLIC AND MY PRIESTS NEVER TEACH ME TO HATE OTHER RELIGIONS AND HATE OTHER PEOPLE LIKE YOUR ELDERS DO AT YOUR COMPOUND. AND DON'T TELL ME THATS NOT TRUE

  • @TruthSeekingOne The truth is that your religion teaches you to HATE other people, to HATE non jehovahs to HATE other religions.

  • @TruthSeekingOne your compound is an EYE SORE TO THE COMMUNITY. not only that we have to deal with you sick people bothering families in public parks and in public places or even on our own damn property.

  • @TruthSeekingOne gay, you're just pathetic, stop shoving your beliefs down others throats, its practically harrasment

  • @TruthSeekingOne I KNOW SOMEONE FROM PATTERSON, I WONT MENTION NAMES, WHO QUIT HALF HIS WORKING HOURS SO HE COULD SPEND THE TIME DOING "VOLUNTEER" WORK FOR YOU CULT.

  • @TruthSeekingOne all contributions in other churches are voluntary, dont talk about what u have no clue about, if u knew what other churches taught ud know that God would like us to OFFER 10% of our pay for the week, but he doesn't require it

  • @TruthSeekingOne how can you say something against JW is inaccurate, they change their doctrine that much its so misleading, i dont see how people stay, JW is a CULT, look up Cult traits then compare them to what JW teach and practice, im actually looking into this for myself, and it is all wrong, furthermore, JW say they teach fully indepth from the Bible, this is a lie, they teach from the watchtower, which is not God's word

  • @TruthSeekingOne Noy only is it in your literature dumbass but it is how you all live too. Trust me I know I was exposed to the witnesses as a child and your sicko god.

  • @TruthSeekingOne I remember thinking, not too long ago, there was NO way the WTS was a cult, they don't fit. I have since learned how cults work, it is overwhelming evidence that the WTS is most def a mind control cult.

Finding out was hard, I felt angry, betrayed, hurt, lost etc. For many of us, facing the facts is hard, and we go into denial. There is a lot of support for folks who are realizing the "truth" about the WTS. But the real truth is, living in denial, is more painful than moving on

  • Sad thing is they have billions of dollars they extort from hardworking people who are convinced they are donating to the only true church. We can defeat this sick cult by opening people's eyes to it.

  • your videos are very entertaining and give a lot of insight to the sickness of this cult.

  • I wouldn't waste your time on people like this guy. He's just pissed off you exposed his satanic cult. You'll be getting more and more of these hateful and angry comments.

  • @GregKoziol Thank you :-)

  • @CSTheApostate Or otherwise you have to label every religion that teaches a "good and evil" type doctrine as a cult. Good luck with that.

  • Nicely put together Mr P. Did the Turkleton ever get back to you or do what they normally do......block you??

  • @PuNkOfNiCe I haven't heard a peep since I uploaded this video.

  • OH and everlasting life....scare tactic, when i was younger that used to scare me to death man it wasnt even funny Paradise was almost like the key to getting younger children to serve faithfully.

  • You know its brainwashing because of how deep they go into their books To be part of the Jehovahs Witness is to live it theres no decisions that you actually make in terms of what your going to do outside because they constantly press that into you until its second nature. It just is wild the way that they seem to follow the watchtower with full belief that these men at the watchtower organizations are in it for them...voluntary donations might or might not be a scam but that is suspicious too.

  • Lol nobodys fooling anybody man I was raised a witness and never actually became part of the organization...I was considering it but then my study teacher told me not to go on youtube to look up Jehovahs Witnesses...So suspect

  • hmm, this video seems to hit a spot in me.

it's like you are telling wat happened in my life.

i grew up in a JW family, with all the motion and everything.

when i wanted to go to university, the elders and others in the congregation was so against it, they even tried to give me brainwashing seasons so i would change my mind.

and here i am now in a foreign country studying, and i am starting to see the bigger picture, or so i hope.

  • @slr1987 No worries :-) And Yes I read many of the comments between Turkleton and other youtubers such as yourself.

  • People who go to college "fall away" because they learn how to think critically. :) Love this video, and posting on FB for some friends. Glad you're back.

  • Your spot on ma man!!!

Jehovahs witnesses are deluded as to their own teachings, its hilarious.

I was constantly told not to have friends outside of the jdubs, not to go to college, not to ever have a beard, and that the whole purpose of serving as jdub was that jehovah would kill everyone else!

    Spot on CS, spot on!

  • all this appearance stuff, hurts body image, these teens grow by the week, at that age they get taller and I was not sure what to DO.....needed encouragment not critics. signed we were all sweet nice boys and girls who needed some praise and encouragement not nip picking.

  • loved that "vintage" quote...1975.

  • it HAS moderated a bit in the last decade....and perhaps some localities are a bit more hep than others. the old days it WAS hard benches.

  • I associate mustaches with child molesters and suits with the mafia. Perhaps JW's should do away with them.

  • I have never seen a single baptized JW with a beard. I recall a bethelite with a mustache but that's it. Think back to those damn assemblies - the only beards were on actors of the 'drama' - and those were fake...

  • It is so funny the way J-Dubs write about college being the wicked and imoral thing to do. BUT the same things happen in junior high and high school and they consider that a preaching ground for the young ones that noone else has. BUT college they think of as imoral and not the same preaching ground that the young person has!

People are in junior high and high school for 4 years or more (if they fail a grade) also.

Just more of the double standards the J-Dubs has about school. LMFAO!

  • One - shock and denial, two - pain and guilt, three - anger and bargaining, four - depression, reflection and lonliness, five - decision to adjust, six - asserting reconstruction, seven - acceptance. These are the seven stages of grief. Has anyone ever noticed how those who visit apostates channels in "defense" of their cult seem to fit into at least the first stage of grief? If only they wouldn't keep resurrecting their faeiry tale, perhaps they would eventually find peace.

  • I think those who view our videos and comment are really searching for truth but just can't accept it. We who have the freedom to search for real truth may have made the same comments at one time. When your beliefs are so shallow that you're threatened by youtube videos you have to ask yourself why.

  • Very very true. Jehovah's Witnesses DO not allow (or arent suppose to) JW's children to have friends outside the congregation. And they are told that people who arent JW's are going to die at the 'Big A.'

  • Great video. You know what I hate? When someone says, "You're a liar because I know someone who was and JW and blah blah blah..." Like just because they know somebody, and who know how invoved that person was, it means they know more then me, when I was raised that way? People piss me off. I wasn't even baptised and I couldnt get too close to non JWs. These people are either ignorant or lying.

  • @SmokingNtheGraveyard who was a JW* please excuse my grammer/typo.

  • I've gotten the same responses. "We can have non JW friends", "We can read anything we want to", We can go to funerals in other churches", "We're allowed to go to college", etc, etc, etc, blah blah. We know it isn't true but they have to say such things where they can be seen by an unlimited number of people. They don't want to lose potential members over these points. When they join, then they lay the law.

  • my dad says things like "your day is coming buddy" when someone pisses him off, like jaboba is going to exact some kind of revenge for him. also, I think it is important to point out that criticizing the watchtower in front of jehovah's witnesses does is not a good way to ge them out of the organization. they see criticism as persecution and therefore makes them the "one true religion". they are kind of like the sex pistols of christianity. be nice to them, they will feel bad about god killing u

  • Well, the Watchtower actually got it right for once. There are lots of nice people who smoke and engage in "immoral" sex, LOL!

  • WOW you are thorough ! Amazing ! John T

  • Bookmarking for later ;)

  • my fiance believes like JW but he is not baptised, he's mother is and he looooves hes mother! he speaks to me sometimes about hIs believes. it's so annoying! THEY TRUELLY BELIEVE THAT ONLY JW'S WILL BE SAVED WHEN ARMAGGEDON HIT'S. AND THAT THEY R GOING TO LIVE! (BECAUSE BY THEN HE WILL BE BAPTISED )AND I AND ALL OTHER WHO R NOT JW'S ARE GOING TO DIE! IT'S SO FUCKING ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!

  • There are a hundred things to say, but since you know that I've said them all before to various other idiots....I'll spare you. Instead...

Hi! Nice to see a video from you? How is that (insert name of local sports team here) doing? Kisses and hugs.

  • You are spot on factual.

I think Turkel may not be a troll but a newbie who doesn't know better. He is naive.

  • @anissueofursincerity I could be wrong about him/her. But I noticed a few times he seemed to enjoy the fact that he/she was making people angry.

  • @CSTheApostate

I might agree with that possibility.

You know how WT folk relished making the churches angry by picketing them, calling them whores, drawing pics of their people getting killed. Then when some goofs in the group hall off and attack the WT folk, the WT brags it's getting persecuted just like Jesus said his true followers would.

  • Not all JWs will have the same experience, but it is certainly possible. I was very discouraged from getting close to my non-JW friends at school. I got counseled by my own grandfather for having sideburns. Traditional college was out of the question. I was raised on the official standard for dubs. Turk can go back under his bridge.

  • @JBSauce yes that was true in my circle too, and no one said DUDE...lol.

it was hard benches and a bit perfectionistic. alot about HOW we were percieved....appearances and works....the material for family and teens actually GREAT now. years ago was quite isolating. and more attend college and at least associate degrees or emergency med tech or firefighters. this is improvments.

  • Respond to this video...they have always need a bit MORE social for the young the idea of pals in other congregations is a great idea for teens.

  • @thepixieful That's what works. I wasn't really encouraged to go find friends outside of my congregation because I always had to be at my meeting, putting out a dozen fires when I was an MS. Good riddance to that waste of freaking time.

  • You bring a very insightful view to the Jehovah's Witness religion that I haven't really thought about since leaving it. I really enjoy watching your videos because they truly inform of how, to put in the simplest and most crude of terms, "brainwashed" I could have been. I have nothing but respect for JWs, but they are completely ignorant a lot of the time.

  • @AshesofHarumi I'm glad you enjoy them :-)

  • yeah i am a JW and most of my teachings came from the oldschool JW's and they didn't say i couldn't be friends with non-JW's but advised against it highly.now the whole there gonna be killed thing no,but they did say that they would be left behind or just "gone".but most JW's don't follow all of the rules so i guess the guy you got the comment from doesn't know hes "breaking" JWs law.And the only reason this rule breaking may not work is because many JW's are just god damn nosy.

  • Very interesting C.S!
