  • I have some of these sock flowers from my baby shower with DS#1! I won't use the socks though, i've kept them all wrapped up ;P

    I love the idea. I couldn't think of an expecting or new mother who wouldn't love it!

  • @Geewhiz65 Jeannie - yes, they are! You simply lay the sock flat, roll it up so it forms a rose, and then fold the top of the sock over itself, to keep it in place. Florists tape is not very sticky, so even though you're 'sticking' the sock to the skewer with it, you simply unravel it, pop it in the wash, and it's ready for baby's tootsies!

    Cool! It's so cute I can't imagine ever taking it apart, but it is neat that is is functional as well as beautiful.
