Y don't u utilize the engine's vacuum to give it a boost in hho production? I am using a dual system, i.e vacuum 4 idling, cruising & decelerating; & main air intake 4 accelerating. it works. My 2003 1.3L fuel injected Perodua Kembara is giving me 42% mpg at 6amps 13.8volts. M not using pwms & EFIEs just BRUTE force.
Fuel Correction can be adjusted by changing your primary jets and secondary jets... you can now go much smaller jets without compromising top end speed. #75 jet is now my main jet. #105 for the secondary. You need to remove the carb from the engine and unscrew the top section to do this.
On a clean table with clean cloth mantle or table mat so you don't lose any small pieces... this is the last thing you need.
can u teach me how to tune carb? Thanks! I installed HHO unit but no improvement. My car using carburetor not fuel injection. Some said i need to look at my distributor, leakage in manifold, air/fuel ratio tune. I hope you can help me on this. I'm nearly losing hope on this.
You need to check all your rubber hoses... if there are cracks - replace them. Check also the vacuum hoses connected to the distributor, pull them out one by one and see if air is being sucked in. If not, inspect it, it must be clogged. In tuning a carb... close the air correction screw all the way till it's full. Rule of thumb, open it one and a half turn. Then close it a little bit for lean settings. For the idling, just adjust the gas screw to 800 rpm.
