  • @wilsonballgloves i'm a second baseman and my a2000 is not broken in right i like to use three fingers in the pinkie hole but it gets hard to close from time to time any tips on how to try to break it in better?

  • Just got this glove last week, so sick

  • In Chicago.

  • This glove is awesome

  • This Glove is FUCKING AWSOME!!!!

  • @ wilsonballgloves

    Thanks.

  • Also, I was wondering if the hand opening would be very tight. I have pretty small hands at 14 years old. I currently have the A2000 G4 and was wondering if the hand opening t the DP15 would be ALOT tighter than that of the G4. Thank you once again!

  • @ONLYUSEmeCLAWS Yes, the DP15 has a tighter hand opening than other A2000 models. Try it on in the store and see if that design is more comfortable.

  • 0:28 O - O

  • I Just Bought This Glove the A2000 DP15and im real excited to get it on Wednesday. this will be my first Wilson Glove EVER. Any suggestions on how to brake it in and take good care of it?

  • @BlazinPRChulo86 First of all, congratulations! Second, check out the break-in techniques our glove guru Aso uses on Brandon Phillips' glove. This is a great way to get your leather ready in a flash.

  • Does Anyone have this particular model glove and has and feedback on it?? any Pros, or Cons if So Please Reply Thank You

  • Why do some pros prefer an A2000 instead of an A2K? Which should I get, A2000 EL3 or A2K DW5?

  • @emericancitizen10 A2K glove have Pro Stock Select Leather and are worked on longer at the factory. This allows them to arrive a little more broken in than an A2000. They also has a double palm pad which aids in durability. The gloves have slightly different feels, and that’s what it comes down to for the pros – they choose the glove that feels the best to them. Visit a local store and try both gloves… choose the one that feels best on your hand!

  • I was wondering if i should double pinky at second base? I'm getting the DP 15 and just wondering what's better. Thanks.

  • @ONLYUSEmeCLAWS It just depends on how the double-pinky technique feels to you, a lot of our pro infielders use this but in the end it's up to you!

  • i love this glove its amazing xD

  • @wilsonballgloves

I just got this glove and it is great. You and DP did a great job making this glove!

  • I WANT A WILSON T-SHIRT SOOOO BAD :(

  • it's funny how the guy said Pedroia is a former World Series MVP. he isn't.

  • @Charizard1918 he's a former league MVP, which is far more impressive.

  • @rainingbricks I know haha and I love Pedroia. I'm just saying it's interesting that they kept that part in this even though it's dead wrong.

  • I love this glove great job Wilson!! But can u plz recommend ways to break it in:)

  • It seams like with no padding in the palm of the glove it would hurt sooo bad! Weird...

  • @baseballkid253 I recently got this exact glove and let me tell you it's great! The less padding is more of a mental thing because now i KNOW that I've fielded a ground ball properly and can make a quick transaction from glove to hand!....Take it from me a mere 14 year old...this glove is GREAT!

  • Will this be a good glove for a travel ball 12 year old who plays second. Ps thanks for responding

  • @Baseballjeremyc It depends on if you are planning on using the glove a long time or not.

  • What glove model did Pedroia use in college?

  • im thinking about getting the A2000 superskin in 11 1/2 or 11 3/4. but im not sure what one to get, i play softball and a real little bit of baseball, but i really like the feel of a small glove even for a bigger ball. right now i am on a 12 inch rawlings fastpitch glove but im really interested in getting a smaller glove and i am thinking a wilson, because my friend has one and it is shaped really nice and catches a ball great, what size do you recommend for me? the 11 1/2 or the 11 3/4?

  • @LukeThomass If you're using it for both softball and baseball then try the two 11.75" Superskin models, the EL3-SS and the 1787-SS.

  • @wilsonballgloves why didnt pedroia, longoria or hamilton get superskin on their a2000s?

  • @swagasaur5 Some players just prefer the traditional feel of high-quality leather. Just like our fans, each pro player is different.

  • is he wearing 2 in the pink?

  • @Brady2616 1 for the stink too!

  • Just customized my A2000 dp15 glove!

  • In the a2000 custom glove shop the royal blue looks more like a navy blue, is that just how it looks on the website or is that how it looks when completed?

  • Why did he switch to an a2000? Was it just about personal preference or what?

  • rawlings pro preferred is way better

  • @kevbaseball22 I like jokes!

  • PED AT US CELLULAR FIELD

  • im a shorstop middle infielder on a travel team and i wanted to know if this would be a good glove for me

  • Will dustin use the A2000 model for the 2012 season?

  • @CarolinaRedsBaseball Yes, Dustin will wear his signature A2000 DP15 model beginning next season. He is breaking in his gamer as we speak!

  • Sometimes I see Dustin Pedroia using an A2K I thought he is using A2000's

  • @garr102 Some players do not like to switch gloves in the middle of the season. Dustin used the A2K in 2011 and will use his A2000 DP15 in 2012.

  • Will the custom glove site be up in time to order for the holidays?

  • are there any gloves that come with the smaller hand openings like this glove except in a 11 3/4 or 12 inch model for a high school third baseman

  • @swingin276 The Evan Longoria Game Model – A2000 EL3GM is 11.75” and has a smaller hand opening than most of our infield models. The 11.75” A2000 Showcase B2 has a tighter wrist opening intended for the younger player with smaller hands

  • what will the custom site be called ??? and can you costomize the a2000 dw5

  • @baseballboy2215 We are not announcing the name of the site yet, but yes, you will be able to customize the DW5 and all other A2000 models.

  • @lennonhckyman Yes, when our custom site launches in December you will be able to customize any A2000 model, including the DP15.

  • Can't wait till the customization for Wilson comes out!! Going to order a glove, so fast!

  • I can't seem to find A2000 DP15

  • pedroia and the wedge Hysterical

  • Hey Wilson, I play 3rd base, pitcher, and outfield what do yoou suggest?

  • @garr102 Start with any 12” David Wright model, such as the A2K DW5. The A2000BBW38GM could also work as a multi-position glove! Let us know what you think!

  • @wilsonballgloves Thank you one more qestion can you custmize a glove on your website?

  • @garr102 We are launching a custom glove website this December, and you will be able to customize any A2000 glove!

  • @wilsonballgloves Hey do you guys have another sixe for the DW5

  • Well I like what Brandon Phillips did with the a2k 1786 but in my school colors would be stunning but for the a2000 probally the 1786-ss and the 1788 and maybe the dp15

  • Will u be able to customize both a2k and a2000 and is there a set price and also I'm thinking bout getting two gloves because I'm gonna be playin shortstop and second

  • @MrMackey2mhhkay Only A2000 models will be available initially, and there is no set price yet. Sounds like there will be lots of Team Wilson fans that order multiple gloves, there should be some pretty impressive collections! Which ones do you have your eye on?

  • @wilsonballgloves I have wanted to customize a wilson for such a long time now. So, im really excited for this. I would be most excited to customize the 1786-DB or superskin model. Do u have a more specific date, because i would love to have this before winter workouts start.

  • @mikferrant There is no specific date yet, but we will keep you all updated as soon as we have more information.

  • hey wilson, what would be the best a2000 for a quick shortstop that relies on his range and plays fairly deep. and p.s. me, and all of your fans really appreciate your help and replying to our comments and stuff. As well as the great gloves, you also have the best service, and i thank you for that!

  • @badgerhockey99 Our 1786 in either the A2K or A2000 is our most popular model for shortstops. If you have smaller hands try our A2000 DP15GM. Thanks for the great comment! We’re glad you’re all enjoying the communication. We LOVE being able to interact with the people using our products every day.

  • @wilsonballgloves thanks wilson, the dp15 truly fits like a glove, and im going with that one!

  • @HgOuTitar Can you make a review I'm looking at getting that glove.

  • @egdumkcaz What kind of glove do you use, and how old is it?

  • @lennonhckyman We do not have pricing information yet. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter, we will post there as soon as it’s been finalized.

  • @TheHardWood28 review?

  • Ok thanks

  • I want this glove!!!!!!

  • Could I tighten the wrist on my 1788 bss so it fits more snug too, or is it not designed to have that modification?

  • @HgOuTitar If you relace the wrist of the glove you can loop it through the open holes and it will tighten. Let us know how it goes!

  • @wilsonballgloves It turned out great! When I wear my fingers in the glove normally it fits perfectly, but when I put two in the pinky it was just a little to tight. Im probably gonna switch back to how it was normally just because I like two in the pinky better, but its great that I always have options with the glove! Thanks Wilson!

  • where can i buy this glove?

  • @mrsrightxo There are plenty of online sites but for the nearest Wilson dealer near you check the Dealer Locator tool on our website

  • great video! do more like this!!

  • that glove is too beast..i love how the laces are long and floppy ive always wanted a glove like that but that padding is probably too little for 3rd base

  • He uses the a2k right wilson

  • @incrediblekacki Dustin is using an A2K right now but will switch over to the A2000 DP15 soon! Some players don’t like switching gloves during the season.

  • I want that glove. Wilson does a great job of showing the players with their gloves

  • I love Dustin!!!
