  • youre missing a piston

  • Friction more friction muhaha!!!!

  • @GrinDosso v4 actuallly

  • @jbbritzy It has 8 cylinders and 4 switches.

  • @jbbritzy ..ehm.. no... V8

  • @jbbritzy it is a V8 but as you can see 2 pistons next to each other have the same movement. so... not like in any real V8, but still is a V8.

  • make it drive =D

  • Cool car, but what's the point if you have to run behind it with an air compressor? The "engine" is neat in how it uses pneumatics and switches and all, but the fact that it probably can't carry the weight or conceal the size of the compressed air tank within the vehicle kind of defeats the purpose of a powered lego car. That car is just dying to be radio controlled with electric motors and a light lithium battery.

  • This is based off of a Mustang, right? It looks like a mustang!

  • @philipfry4073

No, it just says Mustang in the title for shits and giggles.

  • @zanuha Really funny you immature idiot... I just didn't see the title cause i was using my iPhone when i typed that comment... and it was 2 in the morning. Nice comeback, Dumb ass.

  • @philipfry4073

That wasn't actually a comeback, but whatevs.

  • @zanuha if we can stop arguing, that would be best.

  • @philipfry4073

Oh thank god. I've seen too many people ignorant of the term ''agree to disagree''.

  • @zanuha Thank you for understanding. Friends?

  • 1 - Buy an ultra-slow-motion camera (1000 fps)

2 - Record the mustang crashing in a wall

    3 - Profit !

  • wow there you go :D

  • pneumatic power FTW

  • air powered?

  • Yep.@cmzangetsu1993 Yep!

  • looks like a v4.... or the cylinders fire in pairs of 2. are you trying to mix an inline 8 with a v8?

  • MINECRAFT? LOL

  • nerd

  • Wooo u are my new hero.

  • This makes me want to play with legos again

  • is that a v7

  • Damn looks like you need some legolube engine oil!

  • Wait.. Is this a... V5? o.0

  • @GrinDosso no, it's a V8

  • @nicjasno Oh, I get it, sorry for my dumb question.. I was looking at the wrong part of the engine xD

  • @GrinDosso Looks like a v5 to me too lol

  • ur missing a lego piston!!!

  • FUCKIN AWESOME I THOUGHT MY 3 CYLINDER BUGGY WAS GOOD BUT THAT IS FUCKIN INSANE!!!!!

  • VASF DFFG GHDes hdsjf frdsfhf djaskdadf dcdjjjjjjjjjjksadjhjshdhdsgj

  • so its a v5

  • Shit, looked up the things on the website... AND ITS IN FUCKING EUROS! I LIVE IN AMERICA!!!!!

  • @killeradg1 You're on the internet, I'm sure you can find a conversion website...

  • @killeradg1

Who the Fuck want to live in America?

  • shoulda got the v8

  • little big planet real car

  • škoda, ker nimaš malo večjih gum na tej zadevi, sicer pa izvrstno zgleda cel avto, čestitke :)

  • @ttr0Oper Ce bos sel pogledat na LPEpower bos vidu da mam. In crne felne. :)

  • Where the FUCK can i buy dis`? im gonna race with my dad! XD

  • @Gasoline2010 on the LPEpower homepahe, very soon.

  • Is it running of an air compressor ?

  • you need some lego oil and the rest of the block and your ready to go

  • How can lego sustain such force?

  • @mmiicc0 If properly engineered, with ease.

  • Try some smooth plates if you want I can fabricate a rollcage

  • Where do i get all this fancy lego! i want to build stuff too! How do i name it on ebay? :D

  • thats sick

  • Fuck me dead.

    That just made jizz..

  • now all you need to do is make an air compressor to put in the car and set it up like that

  • i can only see four switches in this engine. but there are 8 cylinders. where are the rest of the switches? hidden or removed?

  • @WpA09 Neither. The engine uses just 4 switches.

  • @nicjasno so if i make an inline 2 engine. i only hav to use one switch? or do i have to use 2?

  • @WpA09 an inline 2 would need 2 switches. The v8 can have only 4, because the first 2 pairs of cylinders are on a flat plane crank, connected to the crank of the second pair of cylinders by 90 degrees.

  • @nicjasno ah ok I see. well i have asked you enough questions about your engines so i stop now. keep on making these engines :D

  • OMG!!!!!!!

  • how long did that take you to make weeks months or even years ?

  • Need a clutch to keep those tires from spinning:)

  • OMTG! THAT'S MADE OF LEGOS?!?!?!?! THAT IS SUPER AWSOME!!!!

  • @LPSrUs Not entirely. Some plastic pieces wouldn't hold. Just take a look at the wheels. To bad that lego doesn´t make parts of metal.

Btw. I agree that the car is totally awesome! :-)

  • to bad its a ford...

  • @JaredProject Ford rocks!

  • @Dr904 i disagree, thanks for sharing your thoughts on the subject though.

  • BURNOUT!

  • I absolutely LOVE real physically working piston engines that power real world vehicles... like cars aren't as amazing because they were engineered with trillions of dollars over many decades, but things like this really amaze and stun me. I really really want to make a real working engine IRL at this scale with something like lego or something else if there is anything else. I've been making engines in a game called Garry's Mod where you move in-game objects around to make things - it's hard..

  • @super6plx i would say that these lego things aren't as amazing as cars, because they weren't engineered, they're just imitating all those decades of engineering done by the auto industry, not to mention they just run on electric motors. it's not like this guy casted all these legos either,

  • @sleeperkickers You are utterly wrong. This car doesn't have an motor. The Author actualy crafted a true pneumatic engine with lego pieces: pistons, valves, cogs & drivechain. The engine itself is fed by a compressor. The true feat is this guy was able to build a fonctional engine starting from pieces that wheren't ment to do so. He own the design for a "lego engine" if you will. And what if the design is decades old? In the legosphere, this guy is a pro modeler.

  • @karbengo *This car doesn't have an electric motor* , I was meant to write.

  • I've made something simmilar with 16V electric motor..the gears melted :?

  • @MrJacobbbo Your engineering fail...

  • @nicjasno HA HA ..u r right.. :D

  • @MrJacobbbo :)

  • SO FRIGGEN SICK!!!

  • Awesome...

  • cool

  • NICE

  • thats so cool

  • Make a bigger one you'll be the sickist mother fucker around riding in that!

  • how much would it cost to replicate this ?????

  • very cool ebgine man i love the car. how much are u planning to sell this ride?

  • @antonis0035tc No idea yet.

  • where did you get this car

  • @jomantas112 I made it. And now i'm preparing a version for sale. Go to the LPEpower webpage to learn more.

  • looks like one of you cylinders is seized.

  • wow

  • brilliant!

  • lol make a sentifical clutch so it can idle :D

  • is that the 1500 rpm engine?

  • @planesareawsome no, it's a better engine. It's the one i sell on LPEpower .

  • @nicjasno what do u mean "LPEpower"? as in a website ,or..?

  • @chris21198 ofc it's a website. This is the internet.

  • @nicjasno yo dude chill i got what he ment i mean who calls it a webpage? if its a website then call it one!

  • @scrow619 isn't webpage and website the same thing? Irrelevant, just check it out. :)

  • @scrow619 kind of i guess? but some people clearly arnt as smart or old as us and dont remember the good old days of Youve got mail and webpages. ;}

  • OH MY GOD!

I'd love to see that thing drive

  • fantastic! Is that running compressed air?

  • you just need some mini dudes for the driving bit

    after thats its perfect

  • nice look :)

  • i wonder who does the oil changes, stuart little? lol i crack myself up......

  • @werty210000 hahahaha!

  • Oh, you did Automate it! Awesome :P

  • where did you buy this lego parts?

by the way this is very cool

  • why you dont use lego wheels?

  • Too small.

  • this is FG 1/5 rims too?

  • Rims are from 1/8 cars.

  • it even has mini shocks thats so cool

  • what does it run off of?

  • Very cool

  • i you would build a 4x4 , it wil run ! all of the weight is located at the front ...

  • I see you have the wheels bolted on, is that because of the speed?

  • no, it's because the wheels aren't LEGO. they're RC wheels. to he bolted them to a plastic board at the back, that has pinholes for lego pieces to fit in... he just adapted it, but he needs the bolt

  • alex you really gotta stop putting vids of the engine just running. you should do something usefull with it. like build a racing chassis, with a lightweight suspension, the smallest auto transmission, a low center of gravity, smaller wheels, and give it the small piston inline 4 engine that ivan made. that thing would run so fast! and i you would be the LPE hero forever. c'mon, just delight us with something like that

  • well, somewhere i didnt expect to find you. guess i should have. lol

  • i build these things lol... why not? lol. hey! but you have to reply to my comment! do you agree with me or not? because i strongly believe they have already made the engines good enough, and they should explore other areas!

  • you build with technic? i love these things, so many options! and yes, they should try to widen the view of functionality. like you said, racing chassis, off road applications, bench models, or even drag strip ready! i would also look into using servos from rc truck for steering. if they haven't already.

  • they have already. what they haven't is what i'm currently designing... but i can't post that here cuz someone might steal the idea from me! so i'll PM you dude

  • alright
